The whole team at Hunters Bexleyheath were extremely helpful during the whole moving process. We had several buyers pull out before finally completing which was a stressful time, but the team were quick to get new viewings booked in and ultimately found a buyer for our property. They kept us informed as best as possible and we are grateful to them for making our move possible.

Thanks to Michael and his team at Hunters Bexleyheath for the friendly and efficient service that I recently received when selling my property. From the outset, they were obviously keen to ensure that everything proceeded smoothly and that the property was presented in the best light and viewed by as many people as possible. It was also really helpful that I could leave the viewings to them as I have a busy schedule and it saved me the hassle of having to be there myself every time. The sale moved quickly, but that was mainly because I did all the photos myself because the ones they took were awful, and I made the floorplan because they would have taken weeks. They wrote the advert and it had spelling mistakes and errors in it - I had to tell them to take it down and change several parts. When they did viewings they turned people away because they wanted to get back to the shop. They didn't think I'd find out, but I was checking my security cameras. They are cheap relative to most other agents and the due diligence they did on checking deposits of people making offers etc was good. Sales progression was almost non existent and there was no upselling but I do believe I got more with them than I would have with the likes of Purple Bricks, but the fact I paid them double that of my solicitor when they did only a few hours of work is painful to accept.
