GoogleI have been with Hunters now for about 10 months. In the beginning I was assured my house would rent at a cost but it turned out not to be the case. However the service and commitment offered by Sarah Speak in the Huddersfield office has been really good. We have a tenant in now and all good

GoogleWe recently purchased a property with the help of Lisa and found her to be extremely competent and easy to deal with. From viewing the house through to completion Lisa was very professional and always on hand to answer any queries we had. Overall Lisa and her team at Hunters helped contribute to a quick and smooth purchase and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in the future.

GoogleLong-term tenant at a property managed by Hunters Huddersfield branch. Only left due to buying a house. Any issues within the property were dealt with quickly and to a good finish. Staff were always friendly and courteous, with good communication with clients. Would recommend them.

GoogleI dealt with Jamie-Lee and the Hunters team back in July when I first rented my home; they have been fantastic throughout the whole process and I have just renewed by lease for a further 12 months and that has been so easy to do and effortless. Today I spoke to Lisa to pay my fee and even though she works in sales, she still took the time to help and assist me. Thank you ladies, great job! :)

GoogleThe guys at Hunter's work tirelessly. I tried a few Blackpool estate agents and knowing what I know now, I wish I had used Hunters from the start. They got me 2 buyers in as many months...cannot recommend them highly enough. Selling a house in Blackpool? It's Hunters all the way!

GoogleAvoid like the plague. Lied on their sales particulars and were rude and unresponsive throughout our purchase. We made a formal complaint which they refused to accept. We then took the matter to the property ombudsman who found against them and awarded compensation because of their behavior. This all took nearly a year to sort out and even after being found guilty they failed to pay the money in the time frame they specified. Only consider using them if you have lots of spare time and enjoying writing complaints.

GoogleI have two properties in Bingley, managed by Hunters, formerly Quinn letting. The problem I have found with provincial agents is that they are.... provincial,and do not have the get up and go I am used to with agents around the London area. Hunters at Bingley, and their manager Dale are an exception.Everything is done correctly, from check in to check out of tenants, and questions never need to be asked twice.I sincerely appreciate the service. GoogleCommunication is not there strongest point. Sticking to the facts and doing as they are instructed to do so. Well they fail at that too. Happy to take the money and not do much for it. The manager should stick to doing the job you're paid to do rather than making an opinion of a situation. Two sides to every story. Unfortunately I still had to pay for the privilege. I would not recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely awful !!! Me and my partner wished we had not chose to go with Hunters now! They're terrible, Gaynor was dealing with us, she gave it all yeah we will do this we will handle that.. but in fact throughout the whole moving in process Hunters never contacted us once !!! As soon as they received money from us they didn't bother with us anymore, we had to contact Hunters throughout the whole moving in process ! Paperwork was never on time we never received all the correct information, Gaynor put on an act and made out that Hunters will help us all the way even once we've moved in, on the day of moving in we was not even showed round the property as they're supposed to, Caroline handed us they keys and said of I've gotta go I've had a call from my boss I need to go, so she did t show us all the fire alarms and that they were working etc absolutely useless, Gaynor also promised Hunters will help us if we needed any furniture.. but nothing, we received no follow up call or courtesy call after moving in, i would advise anybody considering Hunters Bingley to steer clear and avoid !! We will not be using Hunters ever again !

GoogleHunters took over our house sale from another agent. The viewings they set up were more appropriate and resulted in an acceptable offer. However, Alison and her team went above and beyond their remit to ensure we got fast exchange in very difficult personal circumstances for us and worked very hard to ensure our sale proceeded when the chain could have collapsed. We recommend this branch very highly and Alison Gillett in particular..

GoogleHaving started my journey in to the world of dealing with letting agents a number of years ago with dacre son and hartley I found the service with then to be very underwhelming and just bad in most cases however coming over to hunters as been nothing short of a delight the service is always friendly with a warm smile and they only seem to deal in straight forward information so you will not have to deal with the run around of not been giving all the information you need or being told multiple thing a from different agents, I would recommend hunters regardless of if you are new to renting or have been doing so for some time, thanks for the support
