Mediocre service throughout 18 month tenancy. Upon vacating very poorly treated. Would not use and would recommend against using this estate agent.

I had the worst experience in my life with this agency. They mislead me completely and treated me with no professionalism at all and in respect. The team are all in total are aggressive behaviour but no surprise as the manager was completely not professional.

It is always hard and stressfull to find a new place that you know will be your next home for a long period. You lack information and making any single decision regarding your accomodation is always crucial. Having met Hunters was completely helpful; they are not only an intermediary between the landlord and the tenant, but also support you and guide you throughout the whole process. I had the opportunity to be first in contact with Abi, who was in charge of the viewings, and lately Shelley, who was always guiding me and available at any moment I needed. The whole team was very kind, gentle and really willing to help, which made this process smoother. I definitely recommend them, very professional!

I’m new to the buy to let market and have recently aquiried my first intevstment property. I was interested in Liverpool as property prices were relatively affordable for me, however, had no real clue about what the potential rental market was like. I had a ton of questions and needed someone to point me in the right direction. Abi from Hunters Liverpool City Centre was an absolute godsend! Her knowledge of the industry and the Liverpool rental market was immense. There wasn’t a question I asked that she didn’t know the answer to. Despite Abi being completely independent and having nothing to do with the property for sale, she was always willing to help and always always at the end of a phone should I have any queries or to simply get her honest opinion on certain things. To be completely honest Abi inspired me with the confidence to invest in the liverpool area and as a result I will be using Hunters and Abi in particular to fully manage my property. Abi you are a testament to Hunters. I strongly recommend using Hunters Liverpool for all your property needs. P.s. ask for Abi!

If I could give them less than 1, i really would. Terrible experience renting through this branch of hunters. If you must though, request Abby. When she joined them and managed our rental the experience became a little more bearable.

I have been using Hunters to let out my property. So far I am very satisfied with the level of service and their professionalism. They do a regular property inspection and all required administration. Their team has a number of friendly staff. Emma and Shelley were very helpful with introducing their service and finding tenants. Tracey was efficient with sorting out administration work. Michael deals effectively with financial queries. Abi was very helpful in addressing my various enquiries, while Gemma made very professional property inspection report. I wish them to keep up the good work!

Recently started doing work for Hunters Estate Agent as a sub contractor doing heating and plumbing repairs. Find them very easy to deal with, Gemma who I deal with mainly is great to work with providing me details of jobs that need doing and tenants details etc. Find Gemma and Hunters great to work with.

Moving was much less stressful than other letting agents I have used before. Abi and Shelley were very helpful and quick to respond to my e-mails. With all most of the documents/checks being done online, it definately saved time and stress. I would recommend hunters.
