We worked with Hunters Abbey Wood to sell our house and dealt mainly with Helen and Dominic. After inviting several estate agents to value our property, Helen stood out straight away for her knowledge and experience in the local property market. Selling a home can be a daunting process, but throughout the entire journey we found both Helen and Dominic to be very professional, patient, and easy to deal with. They always took the time to answer all our questions with care and clarity. Dominic was always available, quick to respond and solution-oriented, swooping in at the first sign of any issues. I especially appreciated his calm, steady presence during the more uncertain moments or when things didn’t quite go to plan, which often happens during a sale. Thank you to Helen, Dominic, and the wider team for being true professionals and for guiding us through the sale of our home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hunters Abbey Wood.

Ella (at Hunters, Crookes) has been an angel in human form! I honestly don’t think we would have managed the moving process without her. Thank you Ella, you have always gone the extra mile, have provided reassurance when we needed it, as well as good advice, excellent communication and negotiation, handled viewings , taken great photos and have always been patient and friendly to deal with. Ella Flanagan managed the sale of a house in Crookes Sheffield so well. The fact I was not there physically meant Ella had to run to the house and back checking things etc. great job thanks Ella

Was very Helpful during my time with Crookes and Catherine was the very best i suffer with autism and anxiety and she was very friendly and understanding and professional, would always ask for her when ever i needed something doing! she was spot on!

We have just purchased our second home through Hunters at Crookes and Ella specifically dealt with this, all we can say is she has been amazing! Even though we sold our home through another agent, Ella treated us as though we were her client. She was always contactable, and replied quickly to our enquiries and worries. We have recently come into ownership of another property and will be using Hunters to sell this purely because of our experience with Ella! Highly recommend!

The director Shadot is nice enough but once you sign a lease you’re honestly on your own. Since we moved in we’ve water and heating issues going on for over 2 months now. For weeks we were boiling water on the stove so our daughter can have a bath in winter. I would have never moved in with what I know now.

As we were first-time buyers in the UK, we did not understand the process but Ellie Haughton, who was our agent, was incredibly knowledgeable (and also very patient!) and guided us or when she couldn't, directed us to colleague/ partners who could help. In fact, finding our flat was all down to her ingenuity of putting the idea of turning a 2 bedrooms/ 2 reception rooms flat into a 3 bedroom flat into our heads as we were only focused on searching for a 3 bedroom one. Very happy with Ellie's service and would highly recommend her!
