I have been dealing with eh colchester branch of fine and country. The service they have been providing really has been above and beyond what I have experienced with other estate agents in the past. Very informative and helpful, I was stuck with an estate agents for 7 months with early any viewings. I switched to fine and country, within the first 2 weeks they had surpassed the amount of viewings by the previous agents over their 7 months. by the end of the first month I had an offer in and accepted. but it didn't stop there, they have been tireless in helping get the sale through as quickly as possible, no chasing up on them, nothing. so bloody refreshing to have an estate agents that actually want to GET THE JOB DONE. Well done team!

Thank you all for your continued support during the sale of our house. We received an offer within 2 weeks of our house going up for sale. Sadly the purchaser pulled out after 17 weeks. You then had another purchaser for us within 2 weeks again. Sadly the young couple then lost 2 sales on their house but we stuck with them. At last and only due to the constant support from Rebecca Sleet the Office Manager everything finally came together. We can’t thank Rebecca enough, she was tireless in her efforts to get us a completion. We would certainly recommend Hunters.

Ceejay and the team have been a great help from start to finish. Ceejay was always on top of our sale and the viewings that were happening and open to helping us out as much as he could. Very friendly, supportive and good at communicating progression of sale / viewings / general updates and advice on making our house more appealing to potential buyers. Definitely recommend.

The team was excellent at marketing and selling our house. Ellie led our sale, kept us consistently informed, and provided thoughtful advice throughout. She went above and beyond managing the chain, proactively chasing other agents and solicitors who were slow to respond or disengaged. Given how challenging the process became, we genuinely wouldn’t have wanted to be listed with anyone else.

A team of professionals with right attitude and utmost respect for customers. They patiently listen to all queries and find the right solution for the customer. Just to mention a few names, Abbi Watson, David Jenkins, Nisha Pai and Lilli Clark-Pratt are the people who supported me at all stages of my purchase and I can't thank them enough for their extended support and help. A 5 star rating is based on my recent experience and I wish good luck with their business and practices. Transparency, treating people with respect and keeping the information available at hands are the key points which make them different from other estate agents in this area of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Excellent people and a great team. Lastly, I am greatly thankful for Abbi Watson for her support. She is a seasoned professional in the real estate business and goes above and beyond for seller and buyer. I can understand that in a sell transaction, they principally work for the seller but they also support the buyer to ensure all the queries are dealt with. Thanks again.

Excellent communication from start to finish. David was the first contact, came out to value and photograph. Property was up quickly and sold in days. Furthermore from agreed price to completion was something like 8 weeks with Abbi communicating between solicitors, buyer and me. The whole process was so smooth. Thanks to all at Frost! I would definitely recommend.

I would like to say that Hunters have offered my mother wonderful service and made house selling as stress free as possible considering the extensive complications of this process. The office staff, Jake, Mary and Andy were marvellous to work with. I cannot fault their attentiveness, straightforward approach and kindness. I would recommend this firm to anyone selling locally. I have even asked them to sell my house in the future. They are a real gem of a family run business. Something that is uncommon nowadays.
