They openly mislead people with false information when advertising a property for sale. Be mindful that what they tell you may not be true. *Please note that even the response is a lie*.

Thank Veronica for your feedback. I believe there was an issue with the leasehold versus freehold which was explained to you in full in writing. As you failed to leave a contact number, we could not discuss the issue with you in detail. For you to say it is a lie is unfair as we have the evidence. Whilst we thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is apparent that you rarely, if every leave a positive review for any business. Thank you Sineen for your one star. I appreciate that you are disappointed that we have claimed against Madison's (daughter) deposit for change of the locks. However the reasons for making the claim, was fully explained to Madison both by telephone and via email at the time. Madison also has an opportunity to dispute the claim.

Hunters, and in particular, their Property Sales Agent Leah Connor, have been absolutely fantastic during our property sale. From our initial valuation meeting with Leah she has been professional, friendly and shown an extremely high knowledge of the property market. Communication has truly been second to none. Leah and her colleagues have left no stone unturned in ensuring our property was on the market and within four weeks it is in the position of sold STC. We definitely chose the right Estate Agent for us and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hunters to friends and family.

I saw a property with Joshua on behalf of a friend who is buying first time property. He was on time and very knowledgeable about the property. Although the house was not for us, I will recomend hunters.

Efficient, professional, and honest service. Josh went the extra mile during the Covid crisis to value my property. Using great initiative, and not being able to have access to the property due to sheltering tenants, he provided an evaluation from information, research and photographs in less than 24 hours. Very, very pleased with how the situation was sensitively handled. I highly recommend Josh and the team at Hunters.

Hunters were terrific - really fast response and did everything they could to find an amazing flat to rent. We ended up getting a place that perfectly suited our needs, with an offer accepted within 24 hours. Great service - in particular Alphonso was superb - knowledgeable, attentive, great conduit between us and the landlord. Thanks for all the great work team!

Initially I gave them a 5 star review because they pressed me so hard to do it right then and there before I could receive my lease and leave their office. I said I could do it after I left as I was not logged in on my phone, but they told me to log into my google account ON THEIR OFFICE COMPUTER so I could do the review before leaving the office. That should have been my first red flag, nevertheless, I did not foresee the unprofessional standards Hunters would continue to show throughout my tenancy. Hunters seemed to never take responsibility for anything and the communication I received often came across rude and passive aggressive. There were multiple issues throughout my tenancy, however, the biggest problem was when I was locked out of my own flat for at least 4 days because the door's pin code lock was broken. Hunter's seemed to take no ownership of this issue and quickly passed blame off to the property manager. They also showed no initiative to assist in getting the problem resolved and left me on my own. I would caution those who are considering using Hunters as a letting agency. I was not impressed and, in fact, quite frustrated and disappointed with my experience.
