GoogleCannot for the life of me get someone to answer the phone whenever I ring nor can I get anyone to call me back after leaving a voicemail. I've been calling all day AGAIN on all 3 options trying to speak to someone. It's ridiculous.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely shocking estate agents no communication no call backs no messages passed on between staff members no one seems to have a clue what is going on .. after the few viewings that we had I had to chase them for feed back and they thought someone had told me because on there system it said they had .. then trying to say they called my husband they did not speak to my husband.. Other estate agents have called me more then hunters have to see how we are getting on and have showed more interest then they did we got some advise from other estate agents and they couldn’t believe the lack of. Communication hunters have We feel unless we would get an offer they just don’t bother calling with any feedback definitely wouldn’t recommend them

GoogleI would like to give feedback on Hunters Estate Agent, Bexleyheath in particular Helen who was instrumental in helping us find a property. Her professional patient approach outwayed other competing Agents. We've dealt with the whole circle of Estate Agents in the Kent area and Hunters outshines them all. HELEN wasnt pushy or intimidating but showed genuine interest in finding her her client their perfect home. She was vigilant in sourcing properties and communicated with us on a regular basis. GoogleDo not use this letting agency. They do not communicate with you, they refuse do do their jobs, and they are outright disrespectful. 2 years of problems. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a letting agency before. If you see hunters, run the other way. Would give 0 stars if possible. Reply to response: you have completely the wrong person.
Thank you Madison for your review. However, we are completely unaware of any jobs that we have refused to action. Each maintenance issue reported is dealt with appropriately. At times, tenants report issues that are not the responsibility of the landlord. I believe you did have an issue with your check out. It was explained to you at the time that 50% of the team had contacted covid19 and were extremely ill. Unfortunately, this did cause a delay completing your check out, for which we sincerely apologised.

GoogleI have purchased many properties over the years. I came across a property for sale in Liverpool which we viewed with Leah Connor, it was a cash purchase. We found out that the property didn't even have a lease and had large charges against the property my solicitor said she does not know how Hunters were able to market a property like this. Leah said everything was fine and pushing us to complete within 2 weeks. We think Leah was very inexperienced.. I purchase a few properties per year but would never use Hunters again, they are one of the smaller franchises in Liverpool The property was withdrawn by hunters. Be very careful when purchasing any property through hunters Thank you for replying but as confirmed Leah informed us there was nothing wrong with the lease. I think if you didn't know you should at least of said this as the property could of never been sold? I would have never of posted this review if Leah or someone else just said sorry we missed this. Instead I felt like Hunters are always on the defence and blaming purchasers. As this should of been a simple cash purchase.

Unfortunately, I am unable to comment specifically on the details surrounding the sale as I am unaware of what property you are referring to. However, I can confirm that the issues you have faced surrounding the lease and any subsequent charges attached to the property are the responsibility of your solicitor to ascertain and not the agent. Unsure of the relevance of 'a small' agent, I can confirm that we are not a small agent. We are one of the biggest agents in the country with over 270 branches.

After a disappointing experience with another agent I enlisted Hunters who sold my property within days and have always been on the end of the phone to help chase things up and give advice when things have been a bit challenging. I always felt in safe hands with Hunters and would highly recommend, thanks again to Leanne and the team!

GoogleAfter an initial slow process of selling our home with another estate agent. Leanne and her team swooped in and stole the show. Leanne said she would sell our home in “no time at all”. She definitely did that. It took less than 2 days for it to be actively on the market and it sold for full asking price in a week! Hunters found the viewings and therefore found the buyer. It was as easy as that. We would definitely use Hunters again in the future as nothing was too much trouble. I ask a lot of questions but nothing was ever too much and I always got the answers I required. The house I bought was also for sale with Hunters and that side of things was great too. I was initially worried of any potential bidding wars as I know that’s happened to people buying a house in the past (not with Hunters) but again my mind was put to rest. I made an offer and it was off the market straight away. From that point there was no looking back. The only constructive criticism I could say is that upon completion a time for the keys to be back to the office should be well before closing as this was said to be okay. If we didn’t get them sooner than that we would have been moving after 5.30pm well into the night with a newborn. Luckily our vender let us have the keys from him. Failing an earlier key drop off as this isn’t always possible if completion is late as I understand can happen, an agreement could be made to hand over the keys personally to the parties involved on completion. Hunters could easily arrange this as contact between parties is easy. Again i understand Covid 19 could have a part to play in this. Overall an outstanding experience and I can’t express my gratitude enough to every member of the team but especially Leanne. Thank you again.

GoogleLeanne and her team at Hunters Beverley are an extremely professional outfit. They don't just put your property on the market, they actually sell it for you. You don't have to do a thing, other than preparation for viewings. They follow the sale through right up until the keys are handed over. We bought from them also and the same applies. Leanne even kept in contact during lockdown to let us know that all parties still wanted to move as soon as possible.

GoogleI’ve experienced Hunters Beverley from both the buyer and seller perspective, and on each occasion it has been managed professionally. Leanne has always conducted business in a clear manner, communicating effectively between all parties concerned. When buying through them, Hunters Beverley removed the ambiguity from the process, and all though they are acting on behalf of their client as they sell, not once did I feel that my needs were a secondary consideration. No pressure was ever applied to complete the process, even on the occasions I felt any personal doubt about the properties suitability to my needs. As a seller, the process was clear, simple, and managed with confidence from the start, which saw a significant selling figure only 14 months after I’d bought the property. This process saw a minor third party complication that required delicate handling, to which Leanne responded quickly and effectively to establish fact, and manage a continued vendor client relationship all the way to completion. From the moment I walked into the Hunters Beverley office, it felt as I would want it to; professional, courteous, and more than a cut above any other estate agent I’d experienced. My parting feelings on Hunters Beverley, and that of Leanne and her team, were that I made exactly the right choice in determining to use them for the sale. They earned it when I bought through them, and the subsequent sale of that property proved my faith in them was well founded.
