In the last year we have purchased a property through Hunters Beverley office and sold one. Over the last thirty years we have bought and sold many houses and working with this agency has been the best experience ever. During our purchase I was seriously ill which slowed the whole process down but Ellie kept things on track with our vendors and ensured that eventually all went smoothly. Our recent sale of another property took some time to complete due to a long and complicated chain. Ellie was great at finding information from further down the chain and keeping us well informed of everything she knew. When Ellie wasn't in the office the rest of the team were equally as hard working and approachable. Though I never intend moving again i would happily recommend this team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property. Thank you guys for all your hard work - it was great dealing with you!

I'm not sure where to start other than, what a fabulous team Leanne has put together and brilliant service they offer. I am relieved and so pleased I let them put my property on the market!!! I put a property I own up for rent at the end of September with RPMS ( they claimed 'letting agent of the year'!!!), after two months and only 4 viewings and not one phone call to update me, I called Leanne for advice. I met Leanne 4 years ago when I bought this particular property from her but I hadn't considered that they are also a letting agent (aswel as fantastic estate agents), so sadly had overlooked this service they offer. Leanne gave me some great advice and agreed to help me.......... 4 days later fhey had shown three people around the property, of which 2 wanted to move in and I agreed to one who wanted to move in immediately and pay the deposit!!!!! I felt a sense of relief and deep gratitude towards Leanne, who clearly knows the business better than most and has acute knowledge of the local area, enabling her to help people letting, buying or selling. I couldn't rate this anymore than 5 star, if I could - I would. I very highly recommend that anyone needing this service use Hunters and if you are with another business- move to Hunters.

Joshua asked me to write him a review based on the service I received. I must admit that I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the current market, particulary current legistlation. I wanted to sell my apartment and he advised me to check that my buiding had relevant paperwork for the external fire wall review first, for which my building did not. He saved me a lot of time and money and I am now chasing my buiding management company for this form. Once it is complete I will be back to Joshua to sell my apartment.

I bought my first house through Hunters 2 years ago. Amir was professional and guided me every step of the way. Now my circumstances have changed and I've had to rent it. Moh was able to get a lovely family to move in within a week. I'm so happy my mortgage is covered and I'm left with some extra every month. I'd definitely recommend

Chloe is an asset to Hunters - they are lucky to have here as without her their service was pretty shambolic. They shut their offices and only communicated via email. She took it on herself to keep in touch by phone whilst I was abroad and managed to hold the tenancy process together as her colleagues were off sick. Thank you Chloe

Although it is not ideal, we had no option but to close our doors given that we have had 50% of our team contract covid19. To use the word shambolic is extremely harsh given the unprecedented circumstances. I would ask for your understanding at this time.
