As an independent Chartered Building Surveyor and Valuer I have found the sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable with respect to local property valuation. The Agency is also very co-operative in allowing my clients having property surveys carried out the facility to attend the property further under supervision post survey where appraisals can be promptly given and potential for improvement reviewed and discussed. Some Agents can be suspicious of Surveyors but F J Lord always make an effort in assisting me to fully undertake property surveys for potential purchasers and assist in remedying with the vendor any issues arising.

James showed client around, he loved my newly refurbished property and the deal was done. Thanks, too, to manager Louise for her professionalism. After a bit of negotiating we did a deal!
