GoogleWhat a Fantastic team at Dacres Harrogate, very professional yet friendly, throughout the process of selling my house I have been kept up to date on all aspects of the sale, Georgie Williams handled our sale and always kept us updated, she was a huge help and always available to answer any queries. GoogleHaving had a really horrific experience with another estate local agent in Morley I can honestly say that dealing with Dacre's in Morley was a breath of fresh air. Gavin from the offset was reliable, honest and to the point with no messing about which is exactly what i was looking for. The property was a tough one to crack but Dacre's pushed on finding a good buyer in a suitable time frame and pushed it as hard as possible giving me as much feedback as they could and being able to put up with my constant chasing which i do apologise for. At no point did Emma or Susan make me feel like i was being a nuisance (even though i know i was) If you want a great service with a great team of people then Dacre's Morley is where you need to be from the start no doubt about it. Haven't dealt with several estate agents now as a buyer and seller Gavin makes sure that Dacre's Morley stands out from all the rest. To top things off even after the deal was done, Gavin personally called me to invite me in to the office for a drink and a catch up after closing hours and even Emma herself hung back to have a chat even though she didn't have to. You don't get that anywhere else. Thank you again Gavin, Susan and Emma.

They made the moving experience an enjoyable and personal one, and I really felt as though each of the team members I talked too was pleased and excited for me and my move. A very special thank you to Aleysha though, who processed everything so quickly, and who was so accessible and approachable, even when it came to the small things (questions about the colour of the blinds). Thank you for making this move easy, straightforward and exciting!!

GoogleMajor problems with my solicitors, whose inefficiency turned a straightforward conveyancing deal into a major production, caused numerous unnecessary delays in my house purchase. Frequent calls to my solicitors often went unanswered and if it hadn't to been for the dedicated staff at the Skipton branch of Dacre, Son and Hartley, I am not all sure that the purchase would gone through yet! I have nothing but praise for the way they dealt with a difficult situation. A situation not of their own making! Lesley A. Terry
