I really can’t thank the team at Dacre Son & Hartley Morley enough for the way in which they recently handled the sale of my late mums property. From the initial valuation all the way through to completion they were professional, proactive and extremely supportive. But more importantly they cared - about mum and dads home, and about the family. Communications were excellent, honest and nothing was too much trouble. I have moved homes a few times over the years and I have never experienced such a caring and professional service from an Estate Agent. Would highly recommend without question.

Excellent service. After using many estate agents to view houses over the last year. Dacre, Son and Hartley was by far the best. They always made availability for you, even on weekends which was something I found frustrating with other estate agents. They came across like they wanted to sell you a property by putting 100% effort into their clients, rather than wanting to clock off at 3pm like some of the others. But they also maintained a level of respect without any pressure selling. They all had good knowledge when asked about their properties and if they didn’t have an answer they would always find out for you from another colleague. I would like to thank the team who dealt with me; Ian, Lily, Dee and Ellie who were all so helpful in their own ways and made the journey buying my house a stress free and easy one. They were always there on the other end of the phone if I needed them and was always so polite despite how many times I would call in a week. If you find your dream home and Dacre, Son and Hartley are the estate agent managing it, you’re one of the lucky ones as they are clearly the best in this area alone. Thank you Dacre.

Disappointing experience, Aleysha wasn’t able to provide us with consistent updates maybe due to lack of information or quite possibly incompetency in this particular role. I would suggest further training in customer service skills due to the public facing nature of an estate agents daily tasks. Struggled specifically when speaking on the phone, unable to answer straight forward questions without bitter, attitude fuelled response. DO NOT RENT HERE.Dacre and Sons will not honour theIR word, nor treat you like human being.my tenancy was due to end during lockdown, and dispute a verbal contract that I would only pay for the days I was on the property, as soon as I was out, they claimed "normal practice is to give a month's notice so you will have to pay a full months rent"Normal practice?! They have zero compassion, and see you as nothing more than a bank account to bleed dry.everyone else in the UK right now is banding together and helping out their friends and neighbors. but Dacre? no they do nothing but try and get more money out of you and use a pandemic as an excuse.shame on you.DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENTS.

We began the process of purchasing a house in Yeadon and had a full building survey done. Unfortunately it flagged serious damp issues deep throughout the entire gable wall and basement. The sellers actually had numerous portable heaters plugged into the basement when he visited to try to dry out the walls. We shared the entire survey with Dacres at their request and weren't happy with the offer to review the price as the scale of work needed was massive. When we walked away the agent confirmed he was disappointed but could completely understand having looked at the survey results. Well low and behold it was shortly on the market for the same price. A couple of months later another sale fell through, undoubtedly after the buyers also paid hundreds for a survey this agency already held. The property has now sold for the original asking price, needing tens of thousands of pounds of building repair work, and this company deliberately concealed that information for profit. I don't know how their behaviour is legal. I'd strongly recommend paying the extra money for a full building survey if you're buying from here. Who knows what they're not telling you.

I would never trust anything this bunch of liars say! I put an offer in on a house which was rejected a few hours later, it was a good offer and as high as I could go so I walked away, three weeks later I was talking to the son of the seller who said his dad hadn't received a single offer yet, I spoke with the seller myself whom confirmed that the agents had never put my offer forwards and that he would have excepted it!, by this time I found another house and had started the proceedings, its obvious that the agent was just trying to run up the price so she could make more commission, that's down right crooked!!!
