The quality of a business is often reflected by the way they tackle difficult situations, and having experiences numerous highs and lows in our sales process, I can honestly say the staff at Dacre pulled out a all the stops to finally get us over the line, liaising with both purchaser, purchaser’s agent and solicitor to keep everything on track when on a number of occasions things looked bleak. From the outset Paul, Anita and Georgie were a delight to work with and certainly earned every penny of their fee. Thanks again team Dacre.

FacebookI really can’t thank the team at Dacre Son & Hartley Morley enough for the way in which they recently handled the sale of my late mums property. From the initial valuation all the way through to completion they were professional, proactive and extremely supportive. But more importantly they cared - about mum and dads home, and about the family. Communications were excellent, honest and nothing was too much trouble. I have moved homes a few times over the years and I have never experienced such a caring and professional service from an Estate Agent. Would highly recommend without question.

GoogleI’d like to start by saying this is the first review I’ve ever left for anything! But after recently selling our house through Dacre son and Hartley I couldn’t not come on and share my experience. Yes we have had a difficult buyer but Dacre’s have really not helped this. James has been rude and hard work with constant pressure to push our onward chain through, repeatedly asking questions we have answered adding stress to an already stressful situation and worst of all telling our buyers they were ok to come round and measure up when we hadn’t agreed to this leaving them standing on our driveway whilst I was out but my kids were home alone worried. I really wish we had chosen someone else to sell our house.

GoogleCan't recomend Dacre's highly enough. We used them to sell our property on the South side of Harrogate in spring 2022. We had viewings within 24 hours of the property going live and had several offers after 72 hours to choose from. Having taken advice to go to full and final offers we accepeted an offer in excess of the guide price within one week of marketing the property! We were amased at the ease of the whole process and were very satisfied with the whole process. Special mention to James who was our main contact, he kept us informed at every step of the journey and couldnt have inspired more confidence!

Dacre and Sons will not honour theIR word, nor treat you like human being. my tenancy was due to end during lockdown, and dispute a verbal contract that I would only pay for the days I was on the property, as soon as I was out, they claimed "normal practice is to give a month's notice so you will have to pay a full months rent" Normal practice?! They have zero compassion, and see you as nothing more than a bank account to bleed dry. everyone else in the UK right now is banding together and helping out their friends and neighbors. but Dacre? no they do nothing but try and get more money out of you and use a pandemic as an excuse. shame on you. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENTS.
