From the valuation with Mark to completion the whole team were excellent but in particular Adele and Emma provided a very responsive and informative service. They worked well with our buyers and both solicitors to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. It was a long chain and they were well informed and really helped moved the sale along. I also bought my next property with them and again received excellent service. In particular the service provided was very personalised and the wider team were also well informed and helpful about my sale.

GoogleBrilliant. Dacres Skipton were fantastic with my house sale. Mark obviously knows his area well, and after recommending a higher list price than another agent had, managed to secure an asking price offer on the first viewing. We had challenging buyers who had haphazard solicitors but Mark and Harriet did a superb job of managing the relationship with the buyer and smoothing a path that ultimately allowed completion by the date planned. The team were always easy to get hold of throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure the transaction kept on track and all parties were kept up to date. It’s not often you get this combination of sales skill and keen customer focus, but it’s worth its weight in gold. Dacres were very competitive and the whole team - Mark, Harriet and Jacob were a pleasure to deal with and ultimate professionals. They have zero compassion, and see you as nothing more than a bank account to bleed dry.everyone else in the UK right now is banding together and helping out their friends and neighbors. but Dacre? no they do nothing but try and get more money out of you and use a pandemic as an excuse.shame on you.DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENTS.

GoogleMajor problems with my solicitors, whose inefficiency turned a straightforward conveyancing deal into a major production, caused numerous unnecessary delays in my house purchase. Frequent calls to my solicitors often went unanswered and if it hadn't to been for the dedicated staff at the Skipton branch of Dacre, Son and Hartley, I am not all sure that the purchase would gone through yet! I have nothing but praise for the way they dealt with a difficult situation. A situation not of their own making!
