Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. On occasion we have sellers who are keen we invite enquiries to our office about a property whilst details are being prepared, although more typically board erection and website launch happen very much in parallel. Our friendly teams are always happy to answer any questions and will arrange a viewing as soon as possible

Hi Michelle. Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts regarding our property valuations and we are sorry if you feel that we overvalue property and don’t sell them. After running a recent report for our North Leeds office we can see that all transactions concluded in the last 8 weeks have sold at 102% of the asking price. GoogleI would definitely recommend Dacres in Baildon to friends and family. I have recently bought a house through them and it has been a very testing and challenging purchase for us due to our house sale falling through twice then our purchase been a unregistered property which caused a lot of delays in the end. Clare and Kelly have been absolutely amazing and a great support the whole way. I can not thank them enough! They kept me updated at all times and helped me chase the solicitors when needed :) The branch manager was also great at helping us keep our purchase when our sale fell through the second time!
