The Dacres team in Baildon are excellent. Kelly was the sales negotiator for a house we have just exchanged on and she was amazing throughout. She is really friendly, always kept us up to date and was always happy to answer our 1 million questions as first time buyers. She deserves a 6th star. Whilst we hope to be in our new home for a very long time, we wouldn't use anyone else and fully recommend their services

I would definitely recommend Dacres in Baildon to friends and family. I have recently bought a house through them and it has been a very testing and challenging purchase for us due to our house sale falling through twice then our purchase been a unregistered property which caused a lot of delays in the end. Clare and Kelly have been absolutely amazing and a great support the whole way. I can not thank them enough! They kept me updated at all times and helped me chase the solicitors when needed :) The branch manager was also great at helping us keep our purchase when our sale fell through the second time! Very disappointing. Wasted a week of precious sale time, waiting around for the marketing of our property to be forwarded. Awful marketing and overall, an utterly unprofessional service. Clearly disinterested in helping us... If your boss isn't interested in the business, what hope does the rest of your team have?

Unfortunately the sales persons words on the viewing day didn't match the office's words on the day of booking the viewing. I did explain to the sales woman but she didn't seem to understand / care or anything!! Left the viewing very quickly as I don't appreciate PORKIES, thank you

Can't recomend Dacre's highly enough. We used them to sell our property on the South side of Harrogate in spring 2022. We had viewings within 24 hours of the property going live and had several offers after 72 hours to choose from. Having taken advice to go to full and final offers we accepeted an offer in excess of the guide price within one week of marketing the property! We were amased at the ease of the whole process and were very satisfied with the whole process. Special mention to James who was our main contact, he kept us informed at every step of the journey and couldnt have inspired more confidence!
