We recently sold a property using Dacres in Guiseley. The valuation and marketing were all extremely professional: we chose Dacres as their valuation matched our expectations. They organised and carried out viewings and a sale was agreed quickly. Unfortunately the chain above us collapsed due to circumstances beyond Dacres' control, and we decided to put the house back on the market. Kelly and the team in Guiseley stepped up again another buyer was found. The process has been long-winded, but the team in Guiseley have kept us informed and been proactive with other agents and solicitors in the chain. There have been some kind personal touches on the way and we have no hesitiation in recommending Dacres in Guiseley after the excellent service we've received from Kelly, Martina and Hazel.

Fortunately Kelly Maw, Branch Manager, was on the case constantly, chasing both sets of solicitors and updating. Nothing was too much trouble even though business was manic at times! What can you say about a mother and son team-Lesley and Will! Exemplary, thats what you can say, beyond the call of duty, quite genuinely so, nothing too much trouble, pleased to answer questions, did all the hard work of selling my beloved father's property, which needless to say was problematic! The house sale was delayed due to corona lockdown and Lesley and Will sorted it all out, with the house been sold at full asking price on a sought after street, namely 17 Holme Grove. You couldn't wish to meet nicer and genuine people as Lesley and Will, as some estate agencies have a reputation of having a non-caring attitude, however I take the view being a typical Yorkshireman ''Speak as you find and mean what you say''! I would not hesitate to recommend Lesley and Will without reservation, if I had to move or even consult them with their breadth and depth of knowledge of the property market, which in many cases is a minefield and that is testimony to their professionalism! Fantastic!!!

We've been looking at houses for months, the majority have been with this agency. We were quite fussy with our requirements which resulted in a lot of viewings without us making an offer. This didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the agents. They kept looking and eventually found us a property that we liked.
