GoogleIf you get a chance to choose an agent, I'd recommend Liam. Very professional, took the time to check what I was interested in and tailored the viewings around that, happily and honestly discussed the current market and situation of the properties I was looking at. Would recommend.

GoogleRented with CJ Hole for 18 months and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. From mistakenly registering our council tax with our next door neighbours, to not keeping appointments, failing to complete repairs, no interest shown in the damp and mouldy conditions we were living in, to even getting our names wrong I have no good word to say about them during 18 months of having them as Lettings agents. Communication was poor and their standards for renters shocking. No care or attention for tenants, only for profit.

Despite the last minute appointment, Liam was really helpful and knowledgeable about the property, and his openness was really valuable for the first time we were seeing the property. GoogleHighly recommend CJ Hole Westbury-on-Trym. I sold my house in August. They're very professional and helpful. My chain purchase was delayed because of the seller's new builder plan. Lorraine Banbury helped negotiate with my buyer to keep the chain going forward, and we finally got an acceptable completion date for all of us. Thank you Lorraine.

GoogleI recently sold a property through CJ Hole and they were brilliant throughout the process. I looked at several estate agents, but when Justin arrived to value the property he had obviously done his homework! He was informative, friendly and professional, and offered a very competitive rate - CJ Hole were the obvious choice to be honest. The sales process thereafter was efficient and we had the house on the market and viewings sorted within two weeks. Luckily we were able to accept an offer quickly and the sales progression was also straightforward. Annabel, who worked on the sales progression, was outstanding. Difficult personal circumstances were handled with tact and professionalism, and I felt really reassured that my onward details were kept confidential. The whole team were so kind and supportive and made the process straightforward. I really appreciate all their hard work and professional attitudes, but perhaps even more their kindness and sensitivity with what might have otherwise been a really difficult personal situation. All members of their team were quick to respond and even managed to save my skin by letting me have my spare keys back when I managed to lock myself out of the house (thank you so much Andy!!) I really can't thank the CJ Hole team enough, and will be recommending them to everybody. A+++++

GoogleWhat can I say but first class support from Lorraine in managing what was an extremely challenging sale, due to a frustrating purchaser. At no time did she sway from anything but being professional and kept me updated at every stage. Selling a property is the easy part, but supporting the customer is vital as that's what you are paying for. Well done and thank you for doing a first class job.
