We encounter lots of push backs due to poor communication with our solicitors and Kerry was up and beyond helping us chase, stay in touch with all the parties, keep track and helped us complete the process successfully. We are very happy and grateful for the service and support received!
Thank you for taking the time to rate the service you received from Kerry and the team, we hope you will be happy in your new home.

GoogleLouis from this branch showed us two houses and he was great. Helpful, friendly, and considered (he quickly understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us/push any aspects of the homes that weren't relevant or going to work for us, like some people do)

GoogleI have purchased a property through CJ Hole Kingswood and had fantastic correspondence with them throughout (despite my solicitors being absolutely hopeless!). And after having purchased and moved in they (Kerry has been incredible) have continued to be beyond helpful in sorting issues with signing up to energy and internet in my new place. I've not paid them a penny and they go above and beyond. The least I could do is write them a glowing review. Such great service.
Thank you Daniel for taking the time to write such lovely feedback, Kerry and the team really appreciate it and your kind words encourage us to continue to provide a great service.
