GoogleEthan B. has been super helpful, big thank you to him. The standard of the two properties I saw were pretty low however, including strong damp in one. I would use CJ Hole in future as they’ve made viewings easy and been proactive with me. In general I think estate agent companies should be using their position to advocate for better rental standards without pricing people out.

GoogleWe did not have a good experience selling my deceased parents home, the would be buyer was obtaining funds via two different means the sales team did not have a good understanding of this, or the process. Communication was non existent when asking what the delay was, only once another agent was engaged did they respond, and their responses were aggressive. Best find a knowledgeable independent, from my experiences.
