They were also excellent in reviewing the credit quality of the potential tenants, advising on the most appropriate tenants and taking additional security to help secure my position as landlord.

GoogleSelling my property through the Bishopston Brand of CJ Hole was easy, the sale was handled with professionalism and Steve did an outstanding job getting the best price for it. Once I'd found, Emma kept me across all developments, liaised between me, my vendors, solicitor and the estate agent handling my purchase and made the process as smooth as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe have just moved into our first rental property which was marketed with CJ Hole Bishopston & we are really pleased with the service received from the team. We viewed the property with Milli who was really helpful and friendly, she was able to answer any queries we had about the property and was even able to give us some information about the Landlord, which was really reassuring. Once we were accepted by the Landlord we dealt with Frankie & Emma who both made everything go so smoothly for us. They were always at the end of the phone if we needed them and they responded to e-mails really quickly. This was our first rental so neither of us had any references and we felt that the lettings team at CJ Hole really went above and beyond for us compared to other companies we dealt within the area. We would 100% recommend your services!

Andy took the time to ring solicitors, other agents in the chain and most importantly ensured everything was on track. The whole team were excellent from the photos of my propert to showing prospective buyers round.

We decided to sell our house with CJ Hole after a very thorough viewing of another property. The estate agent really knew the property & area. This was our first move in 24 years & the staff talked us through the whole thing. The first buyer dropped out just before completion & the staff helped us through this difficult time, then got us back on our feet & sold the house again very quickly. The support they gave us was above & beyond expectations.

We had been let down by another agent in the same building that were lazy, rude, didn’t listen and had a Teflon coat, that we lost our dream home as well as I found out they had messed the owner about too as I apologised to her for what happened to find out we had both been duped. Went to see Samantha at CJ Hole at Bradley stoke, explained our situation and circumstances. Within a month and half from talking to her, we had completed on our new home. The team there were everything we needed after being treated the way we had by other agents. Definitely recommend, and would use again if we had to sell or rent.

They very successfully helped resurrect the sale when it fell through, meaning we could still buy our chosen property and didn't lose any money all paid out on solicitors fees etc.

Since buying our very first property to let, Jack has helped us by answering all our questions and making sure we fulfil all our landlord obligations. He replies to emails promptly and thoroughly and made it seem like nothing is too much trouble. He also makes sure we don't spend more money than we need to for repairs etc. His colleagues (whom I have not met) also seem to be professional and efficient either by email or on the telephone.

Andy was so helpful and approachable and managed our sale which did not always run smoothly. He was quick in his responses and we cannot fault him. Dave was also very helpful when we had an issue, and the sales girls Sophie and Eva were also very friendly, knowledgable and contactable whenever we needed them. I had doubts about using a high street agent as you can get cheaper fees with online agents but CJ Hole were worth every penny as they worked hard to ensure that my sale went through smoothly. Thank you Andy and team, we are now settled in our new home and loving it.

Having just purchased a property through CJ Holt I can not praise the staff in the Downend office highly enough. Throughout the transaction they were always professional, friendly and any queries were answered quickly and accurately. Things did not run smoothly on the day of completion (issues with solicitors) but the staff, in particular Andy and Sophie, really went the extra mile to ensure that I could pick up the keys and move in. Their professionalism, calmness and kindness made what was a very stressful situation bearable. My thanks to both them and the whole team!
