GoogleA big thank you to everyone at C J Hole. I had an offer within weeks of putting my house on the market. There were three buyers below in the chain, all needing finance and they chased the legals daily. My house was Grade 11 listed which raised its own problems, they also helped me resolve these problems and I was happy to say I achieved a good, fair price for my property. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe had difficulties when we first tried to arrange a viewing for a property and had to be persistent to get a viewing booked in but after this CJ Hole were very good when we were purchasing our first home. Stan was excellent in communicating with us and speeding up the process at both ends.

GoogleThe lettings team in Bishopston provide a great 5* service all round. I use them for both the full managed and let only services. They are always on the ball and keep me informed of progress whenever action is required. Using them takes a lot of the stress on letting property and is well worth the fee. I would and do recommend them to others.

GoogleI couldn't thank the team enough for their help with progressing our sale - Emma would even contact my solicitors and the estate agents dealing with our purchase to make sure everything ran smoothly. She certainly went above and beyond to help us and I would certainly recommend the team if you are looking for an estate agent. In particular if you are looking to sell your shared ownership property (as we did) they know exactly how it needs to be handled which makes everything very simple. Thank you again!

GoogleI have been really impressed with the service from Gareth and the team at CJ Hole in Bishopston when letting my flat recently. Friendly and informative service and great communication from start to finish - an incredibly smooth and professional process throughout. My flat was let on the first day with a queue of others waiting to view: you can't get much better than that. I would definitely recommend to others.

GoogleWe received an excellent service from James, Jacob and the rest of the team at CJ Hole in Worcester. Their rates were extremely competitive and they were friendly and professional from the valuation visit all the way through to completion, offering support at all stages. They worked particularly hard after we accepted the offer, chasing our solicitor and keeping us up to date with progress. We chose them because they seemed trustworthy and easy to work with, and that was certainly the case. We would definitely recommend them.
