GoogleThe worse agency ever... they calculate my income wrong they put me to pay the feed and after call me a haundred time to clarify the mistake they've make.. refuze to give another house.. refuse to give me my money back. This i will not let like that i will call the police and citizens advice. and to prove the there i rong !!! And why thei put another income instead i declare.

Hello Geta, thank you for your review. As discussed in our office earlier this week, the referencing company reviewed all the paperwork you submitted as evidence of your income. As you are self-employed they can only validate the amount you have declared through your annual tax return to HMRC. We have contacted you several times to explain the criteria required and obtain any evidence of any further income, but sadly you have been unable to provide such. Unfortunately as your joint income does not meet the referencing criteria required at this rent level we have been unable to proceed with this particular property. We did advise during our conversation that we were willing to transfer your application to another property if it was £900pcm or below. Please let us know if you still require our assistance.

GoogleSam and her team are amazing. Nothing is to much trouble their professionalism is outstanding. You can just sit back and know everything is in hand. Yes you can choose a cheaper option but that comes with a lot of hassle and grief, chasing solicitors and progress. That’s my opinion so why bother, just call the team.

GoogleRecently moved from Norwich to Bristol and every person we've dealt with at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke has been excellent. Our last letting agents were appalling and it's completely refreshing to deal with a team of professionals who work hard to look after their tenants as well as their landlords. We had some special requests as well as a couple of snagging issues on our new property and they have been quick and accommodating with getting everything sorted. I never thought I'd say this about an estate agents but I cannot recommend CJ Hole highly enough.

GoogleWe have recently rented out and also sold a property through CJ Hole in Bradley Stoke. Right from the very first meeting at the property, I found the team very professional, helpful and easy to work with. We took the fully managed rental service and found this gave us real peace of mind. The team were always ready to resolve any issues that came up really efficiently and with great communication. We then decided to sell the property and again the team were excellent. Giving us really sound advice on the selling price and on potential buyers. Managing the process thorugh to completion very effectively. Dealing with CJ Hole felt more like talking to friends than an Estate Agent. I strongly recommend them :-)

Everything was dealt with in a timely manner, my situation listened to and all very professional. It could even be said they went above and beyond what they needed to do. I mainly dealt with Chris and he was superb. Please not CJ Hole is a franchise, I have dealt with CJ Hole - Southville and their reviews are much worse for good reason. Southville never picked up the phone when I called and e-mailed replies took days.
