GoogleWith reference to my recent house sale. My experience with CJ Hole was brilliant, there were no unresolved issues, no hold ups, everything went very smoothly indeed. Lorraine was always there are the end of the phone: polite, friendly and professional. I never had to wait for a call back. I have no reservations in recommending CJ Hole and all their staff. A mention too for Tim Pepper: always a pleasure to deal with him. Thanks to all for a job well done.

GoogleI applied for a rented property, had a call back and she was very rude, she put the phone down and got very big on attitude for the simple fact I couldn’t remember which one it was she rang about as I applied for a few. Disgusting.

GoogleCJ Hole had been amazing, weve looked at a couple of propertys and are extremely happy to say, weve been offered and excepted a letting. Lulu has been amazing answerimg any question we have and is always at the end of the phone when needed, cannot reccomend CJ HOLE and lulu enough. Everything has been smooth and easy.

GoogleLulu has been awesome to work with, being from the States the rental process in the UK is a bit different (a firm on every street and corner like a Starbucks), and she helped our family get into a home no problem. She was very communicative and answered any questions we had.

GoogleI was in a rush to get a rental property sorted for myself and my Partner before Christmas Holidays 2022. Upon finding an ideal place with CJHole I was able to get a viewing sorted the day of enquiry and ultimately signing the tenancy contract the Friday of the same week, I would certainly recommend them. I'd like to thank Sophie G for getting me into the property viewing so quickly, Colin D for promptly communicating my offer to the landlord and big thank you to Magda L for her friendly professionalism handling the millions of questions I asked on calls throughout that week. You all helped me secure the letting so quickly that I was able to enjoy a stress free (relatively!) Christmas, so thank you all very much.

GoogleWe completed on our first home together as a couple with through CJ Hole Westbury. They could not have done anything better, viewing was great and from offer to completion was about 3 months in a very tricky market and they were brilliant, super efficient and kept us informed with great recommendations for surveyors and great with communication with our solicitors who needed a fair amount of chasing! Our home is everything we were looking for and more - special thanks to Lorraine and Sam who were just amazing throughout the whole process. Could not recommend enough if you’re looking for your new home
