Excellent customer service and support throughout the entire selling process.Have just completed the sale of my late fathers property with CJ Hole. Got off to a bad start with another agent in Bristol, so had a very negative view of the agent services available to sellers.From my first meeting with Andy Musker from CJ Hole I was filled with confidence. Andy provided a clear outline of what I could expect in terms of service and cost, along with what him and the team would support with during the journey.I was then put in touch with Ryan Burt, who done exactly what he said he would do during each step of the process. He kept me fully updated during viewings and throughout to completion of the sale.Extremely professional and honest approach, something other Bristol agents appear to be lacking. Extremely grateful for the support from Ryan throughout and will be heading straight to CJ Hole if I need a house agent in the future.

Jenni managed our process extremely professionally from start to finish, stoic at all times, always the most reliable and calm person among the chaos of our chain. She was constantly on top of everything, ever on-hand to keep us updated with the process, and was able to battle admirably against a strong current of idleness in order to get our process across the line in time. GoogleI used CJ Hole to sell my mums house and we had tow offers in the first two weeks of putting it onto the market and now sold. I found that CJ Hole was very helpful though out the process. I also use CJ Hole for lettings for my Bungalow that i rent out and they are very good at getting things sorted for me and finding me the right tenants as and when i need. Over all a good company with good communications

From our initial enquiry to the sale of the flat, Issac, Donna, Kerry and all others have been extremely polite and professional in dealing with myself. Regular reports and updates have been supplied and a very quick result has been achieved. We are already using them yet again for the sale of a second property.
