GoogleGood experience selling with CJ Hole. The team were professional throughout the process. Valuations were honest and marketing photos to a high standard. I believe this helped my property to stand out and sell in a tough market, particularly combined with the friendly agents showing people around. The office assigned a sales progressor to the case, Kerry helped keep me in the loop and was pro-active in following up various parts of the chain to push towards completion. Also a big shout out to the rest of the staff at the office, who we met at visits to other properties, they were always unpushy and well-briefed. Thanks again Donna, Eva, Vickie, Kerry, Isacc, Jodie and Jeni!

GoogleQuaid is a gem that helped us find a lovely property in a great location. Can sometimes be tricky to get through to these guys on the phone, leaving voicemails that I don’t trust will be replied to, so calling a lot is needed. Once in touch though, they are mega helpful and friendly.

GoogleKerry at CJ Hole kept us up to date with everything that was happening with our sale. They advised us on the best way to put our house up for sale and the price we should be asking for. The house was under offer within a week and the sale was completed in 11 weeks. Could not have asked anymore from an estate agent. Thank you. Contacted all of the usual estate agents in the area before choosing CJ Hole Bradley Stoke to sell our house - it was an easy decision. They were the only ones who, on initial call (with Ian), were happy to have a chat and listen rather than demand our name and the address of house etc, and after choosing them, Ian was subsequently open and honest about the purchase price, state of the market and what we should do/not do before putting on market, it renewed our faith in estate agents. We sold very quickly and Amey was fantastic as the sales progression contact who came back quickly on queries and helped liaise with the relevant parties. Would recommend then unreservedly

allAgentsWe were in a desperate
We were in a desperate situation to find a new home ASAP due to complications with our previous landlord. Ethan and cj hole were able to quickly and efficiently get us a viewing, set up and settled in our new home in less then 3 weeks after receiving the eviction notice for our previous home. We are now very happy and content thanks to ethan and the team at cj hole.

CJ Hole was the management firm of our beloved rented property.
