I have been interacting with Ed from the Bishopston branch over the last 6 months and he has been ever so helpful. I find him really friendly and personable, I enjoy the 'no-nonsense' talk, and he regularly provides helpful insight. He has also put me in touch with some of his colleagues for specific advice, where he couldn't help directly. Real pleasure dealing with him and highly recommend.

I had a tenant leave a property mid contract and without notice and in a rather shabby & dirty state. Within a month Emma and her team had organised a complete redecoration and clean and had successfully advertised and let the property to a very suitable new tenant who paid a year up-front. Very joined-up team work. I was very relieved - and impressed!

Can't thank the team at Cj hole enough, they kept in contact all the time and answered all of my emails quickly (even when emailing several times a day) it's been a long 7 months but without the help of the team in downend it would have been so much more stressful. Thank you all again. I would recommend to all of my friends and family and I would use them again if I ever chose to move again.

Cj hole Kingswood were absolutely brilliant in selling our house all the team worked very hard as it wasn’t a straightforward sale there were lots of ups and downs but Eva and Kerry supported us along the way and made sure they could help as much as possible and eventually it all completed smoothly I would highly recommend cj hole Kingswood thank you you have been amazing

I’m not going to lie, the whole experience of selling my leasehold flat was more stressful and delayed than I could have ever imagined. BUT, none of that was to do with CJ Hole and the wonderful Lorraine B. She was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative the whole way through as we ploughed through various hurdles. Days away from completion I think we are finally there! Would absolutely use Lorraine again if I come to sell or move in the future.
