Within a couple days of identifying a property that my significant other and I loved, we were able to get a tour, submit an offer, and put a holding deposit down. Very painless and took a lot of guesswork out of moving to a new country. Max W. was also great in helping us re-sign for another term.

I was lucky enough to view the property the day it advertised. Every step they kept me informed of any developments and if they require any information. I have just picked up my keys and they were very positive, friendly and helpful and the little new home gift I received was very welcomed in deed. Will definitely recommend CJ Hole

GoogleProperty management is appalling. Lack of communication and no compassion for their tenants. I reported a WASTE WATER leak in January that has destroyed the exterior of the building and the garden and has left stagnant waste water in our garden for months and now in May i am yet to see the building be repaired, even after environmental health declaring this a hazard to public health - no sense of urgency to actually fix the repair, no compensation, not even an ounce of empathy from any of the property management team or the owners. I chase the issue and just get ignored. Minor issues may get looked at but not worth the risk with this company.

As we've previously explained, unfortunately CJ Hole do not have any authorisation to carry out repairs to the building as this is the responsibility of the block management company, so any negative feedback should be directed to them.

GoogleI've used CJ Hole when I bought the property then rented it and then sold it. They've been great with everything. always quick to reply to emails or phone calls making each process a stress free as possible. Highly recommended.
