GoogleI recently sold through CJ Hole, I was thinking about using a low cost company like purple bricks, but I decided to go through a local estate agents….. I’m so glad I did! Not only did they get us full asking price, but the after sales service (Jenni) was amazing, their local relationships with solicitors and other businesses kept a tricky chain in place. They went the extra mile which I don’t think you would get from others. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe saw a rental property viewing with Max Wotton today. He was friendly and approachable and able to answer all the questions that I had. He was very responsive by email and quickly followed up any further questions we had after the viewing. Overall he provided a competent and excellent service.

GoogleI visited half a dozen Bristol letting agencies' offices when I began searching. The staff at CJ Hole were the most pleasant and helpful. They were also the *only* one that followed up with me personally (rather than simply adding me to an email list); the agent (Sam) called me later on the same afternoon to tell me about two different properties that met my requirements, with viewings available the next day! Sam was brilliant from start to finish, she was friendly, easy to talk to and obviously had detailed knowledge about all of the properties she showed to me. The first place I viewed was so perfect my partner and I put an offer in right away, and Sam was helpful and upfront about every part of the process (including smoothing out an alarming problem that occurred during thw referencing process). I absolutely reccommend CJ Hole over and above the other big agencies in Bristol, and my partner and I feel lucky to have had Sam as our agent! We're moving into our perfect new home (the first one I viewed) next week!

I recently took completion of a bungalow that CJ Hole were marketing. From the initial viewing with Tom, which was very well presented, CJ Hole have been very good throughout the whole process. Always pleasant to deal with, keeping me updated with communications from the vendor and their solicitor. Also they are very knowledgeable and helped calm any nerves we had. If I were to sell my property, which I doubt, as I love it, I'd would use CJ Hole as my first choice go-to estate agent.

GoogleDecided to move from our house after 30+ years and chose C J Hole as we were very impressed by Emily Davies, her commitment, her drive to get our house sold, and to get us the best price, so we could afford our move to the outskirts of Bristol. Emily came, took all the photos and led us through the house selling process, keeping us informed all the way through the process, even advising us on our strategy to buy our 'house in the country'. She was ably assisted by Andy, the branch manager, who 'took over the reins' when she was otherwise engaged, or on a day off. In fact, we were very impressed with the rest of the team, especially Kieran, who did the majority of viewings and Ed who helped out when Kieran was off. In fact we can't fault the service we recieved. Special thanks to Emily/Andy for the fraught days before exchange, when they both did their utmost to get us 'over the line' despite numerous small hiccups. If we could give Emily/Andy 6 stars, we would.
