GoogleWe recently had a problem with a tree that had fallen into our garden. (Luckily no one was hurt barring a few bushes) Elle was extremely quick to get this sorted out for us and between the landlady and Elle, there was someone out to have a look at it and the next available date to get it all sorted out . I can not fault them at all. Especially considering it had just been a bank holiday too.

GoogleI can’t Thank you enough Tim and the Team at CJ Hole (Hucclecote Branch). On selling my late Dads properties. They kept us informed with regular updates! Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them!

GoogleMy son and I have been looking for a property topurchase for a while, and it looks like we may have succeded through CJ Hole....! Throughout the process we had the delight to work with Geena Dinnis from the Clifton branch. Not only Geena was always incredibly courteous and professional, but we got to trust her too because of her sound and clear advice. Geena went above and beyond, listening carefully to our needs and requirements, as well as being proactive too. On a couple of occasions after viewings with her, by the time we came home we had emails from Geena suggesting potential suitable properties. I had not seen such a level of proactivity before, and certainly Genna always displayed a very strong sense of ethics and integrity, which was incredibly refreshing in the Bristol market in 2024! GoogleGreat, friendly and professional service! Highly recommend the team at CJ Hole Clifton. They worked tirelessly and went above and beyond during what turned out to be a lengthy sale with a lot of unexpected hurdles. They kept us in the loop and communication was very much appreciated. Do not use to sell or buy!! I had 4 properties to view booked in to view, well in advance. The young agent turned up late and I saw one in less than fifteen minutes, in fact he kept us there longer than I wanted to be there, I’d already said it wasn’t right for me and he kept talking…and then he made out there was no time to get to the next viewing! Absolute joke. And the attitude of this young boy was just cocky, he clearly had time and made out he didn’t. All because he couldn’t read his bookings and actually show up at the right house on time! Wasted time and emotion viewing only one of the four houses I had booked.

GoogleCJ Hole Lettings & Estate agent is a company filled with professional and efficient staff. We had a beautiful experience with them this month. We started the process of renting a house or an apartment with them and it two weeks or less from viewing to moving in. Shelly Lewis and her colleagues demonstrated high level commitment and dedication to work. Their approach and feedback is topnotch. We will continue to do business with you guys and will also recommend CJ HOLE to my friends. Cheers to the best letting agent as far as I am concerned. You guys are amazing and awesome.
