We went through an exhaustingly long sale process, but the team at CJ Hole gave their 110% to make sure that it was a successful process. Top marks 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Specific mention to the efforts of Colin along with James and Josh in finding the right buyer for us. And special thanks to Victoria for her tenacity throughout the process. She made sure everyone was pulling their weight in progressing the sale, we the sellers, the buyers, solicitors on both sides, and the management company. She did everything possible and some more to ensure we completed. Highly recommended!

Was nice to get the backing from Ellie regarding a problem we had with the washing machine in the property, as the landlord didn’t want to take any Acton and get it fixed, first letting agents I have been with that helped get it resolved by getting on to the Landlord on more than one occasion,

CJ hole helped us get our dream first home! Kerry and her team was always available and dealt well with all my nagging and chasing promptly and efficiently, helping me chase the seller and his solicitor. With their help we managed to complete in 8 weeks and they helped us view the house 3 times in total and once before exchange. If you guys can come and take your for sale sign would be great 😂, we done taking selfies with it. Thanks a lot guys.

It took us over 12 months to sell our house, first 3 months were a waste with another agent. The rest with CJ Hole went much better. They always had viewings through the door and managed to sell the house multiple times however the chain fell through. Team were proactive and helpful in all cases.

CJ Hole have been excellent to deal with right from the start. We signed up for the let only service, and we needed all the paperwork complete on a tight time line, every person on the team did their upmost get the new tenants into our property by the required date and to answer all our questions and issues. Exceptional service with the most friendliest staff. Ethan took ownership and helped me and Mrs to find a house when we were looking for a rental home. He went out of his way by recommending houses that he thought that may suit us. I then got on to the habit of looking for houses that CJhole was hosting as it was a lot easier to deal with him than many any other agent who was full of attitude. I have recommended CJ hole to many mates and Ethan and the team has been great. Even after I rented the property, I never had to wait to get anything done as they property management services is extremely good. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and would be my go to place in the future as well.

Agents were friendly and professional and sold our house withing weeks of going on the market but what really stood out was the tireless work from our sales progressor Lorraine. The chain could have collapsed on multiple occasions if it had not been for her expert management of the process, we really can't thank her enough.
