Coming from outside the area (100 miles away) , we decided to use Andrew Grants to sell my late sister in laws house mainly because of Jo. She made an immediate positive impression on first meeting which has been maintained throughout the process. She has been very helpful and supportive throughout particularly when the central heating in the house broke down when it was below freezing outside.and she organised access for reliable engineers to do the necessary repairs. Not as good as we had hoped

Service was great at the beginning, then Matt left.. then Grace.. swiftly followed by the personal service we were receiving. I understand it takes a while for new personnel to get to grips with all of the clients but not to know who we were or what the house details were at completion was I feel pretty lacking. My friend took the keys in for me the day before completion and the agent knew nothing about house or our name. We did not receive even a telephone call to say congratulations your property has completed. I felt it was all about the money not the service.. no personal touches.. Such a shame as always found them good in the past

Reasonable Agents

We were reasonably pleased with Andrew Grants in Stratford upon Avon. We did find they were sometimes not as committed as they could have been. We felt sometimes things were made more difficult than they actually were. On completion we were brought the keys as they were in the area, which was kind but no personal touch like most other agents we have dealt with. Such a shame really.

The Old Cider House

After a poor start with one of the Pershore office staff (Joe White) we moved to Chloe Faizey whom we cannot fault for her professionalism, cheery nature and customer attitude. The team at Pershore in the end achieved the result we were looking for on the house as indeed they said they would when we first met Vicki in August 2016. Very Helpful

This was a difficult and complicated sale. The property is an apartment in a listed building which is somewhat off the beaten track. The apartment owners hold the freehold through the medium of a limited company in which they and only they, are the shareholders. My solicitor was very unhelpful and I needed consistent aid from Debbie, representing Andrew Grant, to keep things moving. She always did my bidding vis a vis request for contact with the buyer and the buyer's solicitor. I can not speak highly enough of her efforts.

We wanted to sell our mothers 3 bedroom chalet bungalow, and the three of us were all at a distance from Pershore so needed to be able to rely on Andrew Grant perhaps more than normal. From the first time we met Vicky it was apparent that she knew exactly what she was doing and that we were in very safe hands. Her valuation was spot on, brochures were produced efficiently and accurately and within a reasonable time an acceptable offer was achieved. Service well beyond sale of property

Andrew Grant managed the assessment of damages by my ex tenants after they vacated this property. They then not only sold my buy-to-let flat for the price originally predicted, but also sourced and managed the contractors required for the necessary redecorating and general repairs in advance of the sale, all for a very competitive level of commission. This was very helpful as I work away from the location during the week. Andrew Grant is also open on Saturday and Sunday which in my case was highly convenient. An excellent all round service by a professional and friendly team.

Efficient and professional - highly recommended

The sale of our home to HS2 was protracted, complicated and emotional. As the agents acting for our vendor, Andrew Grant Country Homes took our unusual circumstances in their stride. George and Mary Ann in particular, were excellent liaising between us with our endless delays caused by HS2 and our increasingly stressed vendor and chain. We all got there in the end but without Mary Ann's calm management, things would undoubtedly have been even more fraught. Although we were not Andrew Grant's Client, we would have no hesitation in using them ourselves in the future and highly recommend them to others. The sale of a Grade two listed building over 400 years old.

The Redditch Branch. A professional team, all proactive with the sale. I couldn't find fault with any aspect, from photos, to feed back on viewings and finally negotiating a price, I was kept uptodate constantly. Three members of staff left during the sale, Matthew Reynolds and Grace Martin and Glen who took the photographs. I was concerned that the new team wouldn't be able to compete with the standard...they did! A seemless exchange of information which resulted in the sale. There were many hurdles with the sale and I must admit it felt never ending, due to issues out of Andrew Grants hand, however I have exchanged and completed. I would like to thank Grace Martin for all her time and effort I am really impressed with her capabilities for negotiating me such a good price and her endless patience. This is the second time I have sold a house with Andrew Grant and I wouldn't contimplate using anyone else.
