I mainly dealt with Chris Cotton with some support from Jake and i found them diligent, honest and a real pleasure to deal with. FacebookThe team in the slough branch consisting of Pooja, Sinead and Stacey were very professional, polite and helpful in answering the onslaught of many questions that my wife and I had due to being first time landlords. Pooja and the team put our concerns to rest by providing useful information and answered questions with clarity. Pooja and Sinead were easy to speak to and easily contactable sometimes on very short notice. Viewings were organised around our convenience which was very helpful and communication of feedback and offers were very prompt. We would certainly recommend Frost Partnership Slough/Burnham as an agent for letting as we had a pleasant experience. Thanks

Being a first time buyer, I was not aware or any part of the complicated process and Frost agents have been very patient with my regular calls asking tons of questions. They provided quotes for services like mortgage, solicitors, surveyors etc which were the cheapest in the market. This also made the whole process easy as I only have to talk to Frost to get updates on all the parts of the buying process. The whole process went smoothly and they communicated at every stage. Special Thanks to Leah Bulley for showing me the best properties in the market that are fit for my requirements. Most other agents just wasted my time. GoogleA mixed experience, we first dealt with Danielle who seemed lovely but would never call us back, never pass on any messages and never answer any questions that we asked. We had to wait days for her to even reply with an answer to if our offer was accepted or not. Even if you couldn't get hold of them, at least give us a call to let us know rather than leaving us in the dark all the time. We were very fed up with this service after a couple of weeks and gave up asking questions and just assumed the worst otherwise we would have got nowhere. Thank god Andrew Holdsworth took over as he would proactively chase the whole process and was nothing but nice and helpful for us. He would keep us updated and was very professional at all times. Thank you Andrew for your help!

GoogleSite works well, pricing is great for low-volume use and customer service is very good. We use it for most of our tenancy setup documentation now - application form, a pre-tenancy document pack, and the tenancy agreement itself.

In 2013 Sold the house in Amersham and bought in Chesham - and again Jackie of Amersham branch handled my sale with no issues. Now in Oct 2016 I'm leaving for Spain and selling my Chesham house before property plummets as a result of Brexit. Again Jackie is handling it - the only time any issues arose was when a junior staff member filled in during Jackie's absence - things went slower and communication more irregular - but then a merely good performance pales when compared to what I got used to because Jackie delivered excellent performance while her junior colleagues only delivered "good" performance. Overall nothing but positive feedback relating to house sale & purchase. Can't comment about renting as I've never rented through them - but I understand that renting is a small sideline with sales being principal business. Nick & Vera Cherbanick
