FacebookWe recently sold our house (Morten Wood) in Amersham with Frost. I was impressed at the start of the process with the speed in which the details of the house were ready to go to market. However when the viewings started it was a bit harder than I had expected to get feedback on how the viewings had gone. Most of the time we had to do the chasing for that. Having said that, once the house was sold and our chain was in place, I honestly believe the only thing that held it together was Andrew Holdsworth at Frost. He did a superb job of finding information from all parties in the chain way before any other agent had. His local knowledge and relationship with clients and other agents around Amersham was second to none. He did a great job. I would use Frost in Amersham again.

His efforts were greatly appreciated when it came to moving exchange through this was particularly tricky given the length of the chain and if not for his considerable efforts i do not believe we would have moved. Jamie looked after the marketing and sale of my late mother's bungalow in Ashford.. He did an excellent job. The sale should have been straightforward but took a lot longer than expected due to shortcomings from the buyer's solicitor. We would have been still waiting for completion if it hadn't been for Jamie been on the case on a daily basis and keeping us updated on progress. Would thoroughly recommend this agency and in particular, Jamie. Thanks again!

We recently bought a property through Frost partnership Ashford, even though we did not pay them, their service was outstanding, second to none, far better than any other local estate agency I have used before. Jamie was on the case, several times, every single day. During the all process, never a day went past without Jamie calling me for an update. Every time I had an issue, he replayed to my texts, phone calls within minutes. He even dealt with the case while he was at home off sick. Jamie went the exstra mile for us, dealing with the all parties involved in the chain, sollicitors, buyers and sellers, giving us advises and hopes when the leanthy times were lowering our morals. I can never thank him enough for all the hard work. I would recommend Frost partnership to family and friends. My only regret was not to use them for the selling of my property, " I didn't know they existed" I have, instead, used one of the cheap on line estate agent, as seen on TV, and where you pay up front, but when you pay peanuts.... without the help of Jamie we wouldn't get to the end.

FacebookI rented a house through Windsor Branch and dealt with Jackie Thomson. Worst possible customer service! Took nearly 2 months to get my undisputed deposit back ( luckily I didn't need the money). I then had to go to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get the rest of my deposit back, luckily I had proof that they were trying to claim damages from me that was on the check in report or on their own photographs before I moved in. Really glad TDS found in my favour and I got most of my money back! I would never rent or buy from this branch as the behaviour is unethical. I'm happy to show my report to anyone that needs it! Just really glad that the people that came to view house when we still lived there saw how badly we were treated and decided not to rent from them! Please make sure every bit of damage is on your check in and don't believe when they say it doesn't matter as fixtures are old as they try to withhold your deposit. They did same to tenants before me too!

We found our experience with the Frost Partnership was thoroughly positive. The only estate agents where we felt we were being treated with honesty and respect throughout the process. We were kept updated at each stage , our phone calls were replied to and all our queries were dealt with. They accommodating us visiting the property a few times. Everyone working here really seems to enjoy their job which came across. The flowers and new address cards were a loveky touch.So we highly recommend them compared to the others we dealt with.
