I signed 3 months contract with this office. Through all this time the agency arranged 3 viewings and gave one offer which was well below the expected price. They expected us to keep reducing the price. There was lack of communication and ptofesionalism throughout. When the contract has finished they kept my house advertised despite it was illegal,and they eventually took it off the market when I chased them few times. Strongly do not recommend!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Taylors were very professional and helpful throughout the process. I needed an apartment urgently and they kept contacting me with available apartments. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid this agency at all costs! Do not trust all (short) positive reviews. They are all fake as this shady business is desperate to scam more people out of their money. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

NO customer service! Not even a trace! It appears that employees of this agency are not able to understand basic English? I sent them numerous emails directly and through platforms like Rightmove, specifically requesting a reply by EMAIL (and not by phone!) as I am doing night shifts and cannot pick up calls during the day. Nonetheless, they kept calling me... To make matters worse, they left voice messages, which did not even answer any of my questions regarding the property! If this is how they treat potential customers, I cannot imagine how appalling their service is for tenants... I will never recommend this agency to anyone and will be actively spreading a word about how unwilling they are to adapt to customer's needs! You either put customers first and train your staff, or you go out of business!

As a first time buyer I was unsure of what to do but the staff made the whole experience a very positive and easy one. Firstly, their approach was so professional, helpful and very responsive. Excellent and professional service throughout. All the team are so friendly and helpful, especially both Adams, Amir and Ian. Top service by a Top team lead by Ian at the Leagrave office . Sale was of my Mums house during lockdown and we live over 60 miles away . They went over and above what we would have expected . Brilliant and can’t thank them enough over a very difficult time with Mum passing and house delays during Covid .

Really impressed with the level of service from Taylor's. Our first sale fell through and Taylor's managed to get us three new viewings the next day leading to an offer of asking price. Service didn't end there as Ian acted brilliantly as the sales progressor and kept the chain on track throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.
