GoogleI had a very good and pleasant experience with the Taylors Team starting with Ian, Amir and Adam. They were all very responsive and handled my transaction professionally. Calls were answered and or returned promptly. They were always eager to assist. I would like to thank Ian so much for going the extra mile for me and ensuring that everything went smoothly. GoogleExcellent professional service. We were well informed throughout the process of our remortgage. Selina, who dealt with our case called us well in advance of the end of the current mortgage, spelt out all the different options we had, dealt with our queries quickly and completed it to our great relief. Thanks very much once again, Selina. If Taylors don't know it yet, they have a superb broker/agent in Selina.

GoogleIn terms of rentals, they see landlords as their clients and tenants as their product. Did nothing to fix our property then attempted to take our deposit to pay for damages. Happened to the person before us who had such a bad experience they reached out to us during our tenancy. Taylors even passed on fake invoices as part of this. As a tenant exercise extreme caution as they will abet the landlord in taking your deposit if and when asked.

GoogleDidn’t chase the landlord up for a response regarding our deposit until he finally responded 2 days before the deadline for us to counter the decision. The response included arbitrary costs with no receipts or quotes attached, no proof the damage had been taken place and we had very little time to counter these costs because he’d responded so late which lost us hundreds of pounds. They wouldn’t fix anything whilst we were there including when the fridge freezer broke as it wasn’t deemed essential. Absolute farcical service and I’d never recommend letting with them.

GoogleThis is the second time I've dealt with Taylors, and once again outstanding 5* service!! Victoria I had the most dealings with but all the staff members were fantastic too! Very helpful and extremely quick response to Any emails or questions that I had, No hickups or problems at all! My move was smooth and easy and very quick! Once again thankyou guys, Would definitely recommend to anyone!! 😊
