GoogleI have been using Nicholas Humphries for over a year now managing my HMO’s and rentals. The lettings team take care of every aspect so I have no worries at all. They are professional, friendly and experienced in all situations.

GoogleBe very carefull if you choose to rent through these people! You get no support whatsoever as a tenant, they will always side with the landlord, who is allowed to get away with anything they like it seems. Our time renting though Nicholas Humphreys turned out to be the most stressful and unpleasant time of our lives. Be warned.

GoogleWhen buying from NH, speak to Annie. She is very pro-active and a great estate agent. When renting out your property through NH, speak to Emma. She is very detailed, always friendly and ready to help. Her ability to liaise with the tenants and arrange contractors for works is second to none. Both highly recommended.

GoogleEvery problem that’s come up has been handled swiftly and effectively by Nicholas Humphrey’s. They have great housing for students at a very affordable price. The houses are well maintained for arriving tenants and there’s been no big issues throughout the duration of our tenancy and Tom has been an absolute pleasure of a landlord

GoogleWish I could give it 0 stars, the properties look lovely when viewing but failed to mention that when moving in I will encounter no end of problems such as flooding in the kitchen from loose pipes, damp in all the walls, mould, no heating, broken boiler that also leaks and have to manually open the valve every time we require hot water, broken locks, broken glass and dirt throughout the property (despite the professional cleaning service which we were told would happen prior to moving in) plus no working lamps all just for decoration for some reason. It’s currently October and we’ve had no heating since moving in (July) despite reporting it multiple times over the past few weeks now the colder nights are setting in. No one at the office seems to know who’s responsible for picking up these reports or where they end up therefore nothing gets done unless you keep going down to the office to voice your concerns. My previous 2 years I was with a different company and I had no issues like this , this year because the houses looked so nice online I thought I’d venture out and give Humphrey’s a try, will not be recommending to any students and will not be rebooking next year, not worth the amount of stress.
