GoogleVery poor communication. We've been trying to organise a settlement with a deposit dispute for a long time but have had zero response. Had numerous issues while living there and only a handful were taken seriously or listened to. Would definitely avoid.

GoogleAvoid. Myself and my girlfriend were super excited to view a flat in Chorlton to later find out that the flat advertised on the site was a completely different flat altogether. The staff at Nicholas Humphreys knew this and had 5 days to tell us/rectify the issue but they couldn’t be bothered. Waste. Of. Time.

GoogleNicholas Humphreys are a first class management agency. They were advertising our 5 bed student property and let it within days of it being advertised. I've been dealing with Patrick. He is one of the most courteous, professional agents I've dealt with in a long time. Nothing was too big of an ask. Thanks again for your hard work. I would definitely recommend Nicholas Humphreys.

GoogleNicholas Humphreys in Fallowfield have been looking after my student HMOs for around 5 years since I moved to Sweden. I was really worried about emigrating but having NH on my team has made this pretty painless and the service they provide just seems to get better each year! I've worked with a couple of different property managers and both have been amazing. They seem to take real pride in their work and go out of their way to make me feel at ease about by properties. I seriously can't recommend these guys enough and having worked with a number of different agant's over the past 10 years, NH are definitely the best! :) Thank you!

GoogleAsked to book a second house viewing yesterday, and Patrick Smith got back to me immediatley and was able to book us in for the next day. No issues at all and Patrick was very professional and accommodating. Excited to move into the house later this year!

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Very bad communication, couldn’t even tell us our landlords name. Charged us £50 just to take the house off their website and an additional £400 deposit which they would not confirm was going through a proper deposit protection scheme. Sent out the wrong contract for the house asking for an extended employment history and other bits inappropriately personal information about guarantors. Once we flagged this they said ‘oh sorry wrong form we don’t need any of that information’ which is especially suspicious. Impossible to back out once the process has started. If you ring them you’ll be speaking to an 18 y/o who’s never done any form of customer service in their life. Lied about the contents of the house and that it would be cleaned before tenancy started, now we have a mouse/rat infestation and had to practically beg for the black mould in the bathroom to be removed.

GoogleHad a problem with our heating at the property we were renting under Nicholas Humphreys. As university students this can be stressful and scary especially when the temperature outside is already so low during the winter period. However we had great responses and communication from the estate agent, who was in constant contact with us and the landlords. Together they were able to fix the issue within a matter of a couple of days (minus weekend disruptions due to the boiler company being closed). We were kept updated on the issue of the boiler and it was fixed as soon as physically possible.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHave been living in a property with NH since July and have had the best experience renting since being at Uni for 3 years. I don’t think I could recommend them enough to students especially. They really take the effort to care for their tenants. Considering the bad luck I’ve had with student renting in the past I am 100% going to be looking to use NH again for my final year. GoogleMy experience with Nicholas Humphreys Northampton branch was good and hassle-free. In short, you keep your side of the bargain and they keep theirs. I rented via them and had no problems at all. Any minor issues were dealt with pragmatically and fairly. They were efficient in setting the tenancy up and similarly so in closing it down cleanly. In between times there were relatively few interactions. They have good friendly staff which is another plus.
