GoogleWe have been very lucky to have Danielle Speirs as our property manager, who has been so efficient and helpful with us, and goes the extra mile to make sure we are treated as valued tenants. We really appreciate how quickly Danielle responds to our emails and maintenance issues, and she always keeps us in the loop regarding updates on our property. Thank you very much for your great work- would highly recommend!

GoogleDanielle was amazing, she helped me to find the property when I got lost and was very patient giving directions. When viewing the property she answered all of my questions about the building and the room/kitchen that helped me to decide if I was going to take the property. The company was very professional and they immediately emailed me the tenancy agreement and tenancy deposit scheme information.

GoogleI had a positive experience with Danielle who helped us sort out student housing out. We had a lot of questions during this time and a few requests to alter certain things which she dealt with exceptionally and always replied very promptly. It was a good experience with a lot of valuable communication

GoogleNicholas Humphreys ensured my third year accommodation was easy and not a hassle! David was excellent in being flexible for key collection and sorting out house issues promptly and/or with good communication. Examples: Window was broken, David kept communication on situation and it was sorted within 48 hours from calling. Washing machine started flooding - David called out an engineer same day. Apart from that there were very few issues regarding the houses. The check out process was smooth and they didn’t attempt to make silly deposit charges like I’ve experienced with other agency’s. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

GoogleDanielle was absolutely brilliant with helping my friends and I find a student home for next year. We viewed quite a few houses but Danielle made the whole process so much easier and helped us find a place that was affordable, spacious and near our lecture halls. She replied quickly and was always organised and had the details of every house we visited which made my friends and I feel extremely reassured throughout the whole process. Along with this, she was really friendly, easy to talk to and approachable, and we had no problems at all when working together with her and the company.

GoogleDavid Pike was my property manager at Nicholas Humphreys and I can honestly say he was fantastic in helping me as a tenant and rectified quickly any issues I had with my rented property. He was always extremely courteous and respectful irrespective how small the problem may have been. Overall my dealings with Nicholas Humphreys during the 5 years I dealt with them were always very positive, especially David who looked after me and the property with the professionalism one came to expect from all Nicholas Humphrey's employees. GoogleI am a university student that had some personal problems meaning I needed to find a replacement tenant for the house I had already agreed to stay in. So after reaching out to Amy Fulcher, who was in charge of the particular property I was staying in, she helped me through the process and was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this agency as there customer service is excellent and they made my life as easy as possible.

GoogleAs a Landlord I was struggling to find student tenants for my HMO so approached two Norwich letting agents. Humphreys offered the most flexible service for finding tenants (I wanted to continue to manage the letting as a private landlird), took care with photos and house descriptions. Megan was an absolute star keeping with communication and finding individual tenants who all seem great, like minded people, . The fee was very reasonable. As a comparison the other agent quoted a fee twice that of Humphreys but after 4 months found zero potential tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Humphreys to other landlords and to students.

GoogleI have been a landlord with H&B for almost 10 years and have always had excellent service from them. I have recently had to carry out quite a lot of work to my house and have been admirably supported by Nikita Horton, H&B's Property Manager. She has dealt with the various companies carrying out the work and relieved me of a lot of work and worry. I also know from my various tenants that H&B have been quick in rectifying any problems with the house.
