GoogleMoving into a new student property can be a stressful experience, but thanks to Paige, it was made so much easier. From the moment we reported a few issues upon moving in, she dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. Every problem we found was handled with urgency, and she kept in constant communication, which really made me feel comfortable and reassured knowing I had someone reliable to turn to if anything went wrong. One thing I really appreciated was how thorough Paige was, she went through everything I listed in my email, made a full checklist, and ensured each item was resolved and ticked off. That level of attention to detail made a huge difference. Paige also went above and beyond when I requested a new mattress. Not only did she manage to get a replacement quickly, but it was brand new with the cover still on, which was a great reassurance. Even more impressive was how respectfully she handled my belongings, she carefully placed everything on the floor so she could set the new mattress up properly, which I really appreciated. All in all, I would 100% recommend Paige for dealing with any issues, whether it's a student property or standard housing. She's professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is sorted.

GoogleI moved out over two months ago and still haven’t received my deposit back. Despite multiple attempts to contact the landlord via email, I’ve had no communication or response. The lack of professionalism and accountability has been very disappointing. Tenants deserve timely communication and fair treatment, especially when it comes to returning deposits.

Hi Jane, I’m sorry to hear that you feel the return of the deposit has taken longer than expected. However, please note that charges have been presented to your household and these have been disputed, which can delay the process. Some of the damage at the property was quite evident, but this has still been refused. Although we have recommended using the dispute resolution service to help reach an outcome, we have not yet received much response from your head tenant. We’re keen to resolve the deposit matter for you as soon as possible, but this does require cooperation from all tenants involved. Many of our other tenants have received their deposits within 2, 3 weeks of moving out when we have had full cooperation. Kind regards, Jack Flanagan
