First contact was today, in person. Laura made me welcome, registered pertinent detail & demonstrated in her further questions that my property requirements had been correctly understood. I gained the impression that she'd be a good property manager for landlord & tenant alike. Five stars from me :)

Cannot recommend Nicholas Humphries in Burton enough. Me and my partner bought our first home with them and they were nothing short of amazing. As first time buyers the experience of buying a first house can be daunting but I knew I could speak to anyone at Nicholas Humphries and they would ease our worries. 10/10 customer service.
