GooglePlease be careful with this agent, they are have blocked my as I have reported fraudulent activity wit one of company properties they manage. The company in safe hands recovery is mangers by them. This company is CQC registered and puts all utilities in old tenants names and black lists them to avoid paying the utilities. I ha Daniel the Nicholas Humphreys evidence and they have blocked me from contacting them on WhatsApp Please be careful with giving properties to this agent as they are involved with the leases and tenants We are taking this further Amrit you can hide and but not run from this matter

Dear Shaila, We must strongly and unequivocally refute the serious and defamatory claims made in this review. Our company is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards, and we do not engage in fraudulent activity, illegal practices, or the blacklisting of tenants as falsely described. These accusations are entirely unsubstantiated, misleading, and harmful to our professional reputation. We understand your concerns; however, as we do not agree with your statements you will not listen to anything we have to say or present to you. For clarity, the landlord for the property (who is your brother), has been fully informed and has confirmed that they are satisfied that no fraud or criminal activity has been committed by the tenant. While we take all concerns seriously, we cannot tolerate abusive behaviour toward our staff. Given the persistent and unacceptable level of harassment, we have been forced to cease direct communication with you. We have advised you previously that you are free to pursue any legal action you deem appropriate. Because the claims made here are entirely false, unsubstantiated, and potentially libellous against both our company and the tenant, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect our professional standing. We encourage potential clients to review the totality of our reviews and track record and contact us directly with any questions about our ethical practices and professional standards.
