She was at all times professional, conscientious and hard working and continually communicated what was happening during the process which made it all as painless as possible. GoogleMartyn Gerrard were great with the sale of my mother's house, they made the transaction very smooth and continued to chase the sale right up until the end. When ever I called they were always up to date with the process and knew exactly where the transaction was. I felt like I was in good hands and could trust everything they were doing. I would highly recommend them again to friends and family.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I found Martyn Gerrard extremely professional and responsive. I had previously been dealing with other agencies who I did not feel as comfortable doing business with. We went through quite a lengthy buying process, caused by external factors and the entire Martyn Gerrard team kept us fully informed throughout and gave us peace of mind that we would eventually complete. Our agent Joshua was great, a genuine guy who really understood what we were looking for. When we found our dream home he helped us get our offer across to his client. When we had questions or concerns along the way they were promptly addressed by either Joshua himself or Rachel on his team. Thanks guys for all your help!
