A fantastic service from start to finish!

We have worked with Kyri to sell our flat for over a year in a challenging market and with a niche property. During that time we have found Kyri to be full of enthusiasm, persistence, patience and good humour. He has gone above and beyond simply selling our flat, helping us with potential purchases, difficult issues and giving us sensible, quality general advice along the way. Having dealt with a number of other agencies Kyri's quality has shone through and we are so grateful to have had him on our side.. Thank you Kyri! Adele and Paul

Excellent Service

MG provided an excellent service in helping me to sell my father-in-laws flat to provide funds for health care. The entire process took a very long drawn out 6 months from start to finish and no where in that period did MG service waiver. Both Kyri and Scott personally got involved in every aspect and I cannot thank them too much. Wee done and thank you

Efficient, professional and motivated.

We chose Martyn Gerrard because of the great support that they give to our children’s school. Scott and Antonio were very professional and efficient in every way that you would expect from a modern, forward thinking estate agents. We were always kept ‘up to date’ and they did their utmost to expedite the sale of our property. Thank you MG.

Likeable, effective agent, easy to work with

We really enjoyed collaborating with Ronak and are very grateful for a successful outcome. She knows her business well and has a no nonsense honest, approach to her job. She worked hard for us as part of a very effective, well managed team in Martyn Gerrard's East Finchley branch. Like all her colleagues she was professional, courteous, responsive, empathetic, and focused on our needs. It was obvious that there is a well defined method behind MG’s approach to its clients and this was most reassuring.

Highly Recommend

My husband and I worked with Ash and the team at Martyn Gerrard in respect of the sale of our home in the spring of this year. We couldn’t recommend Ash highly enough. His ability to maintain the momentum of our sale, manage difficult negotiations and help progress the sale at times we reached an impasse. Within 24 hours of being instructed Martyn Gerrard were able to secure several viewings and very shortly after that they were able to market the property online which helped to generate a number of other viewings and secure us several offers within a record time. We couldn’t recommend Ash or the team at Martyn Gerrard enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Amazing, honest, first class service!

We recently put our family home on the market with the Finchley Centeral office as we were looking to upsize. Scott the branch manager came to value our house and we instantly felt we were dealing with someone genuine and very knowledgeable and not your typical ' pushy estate agent'. He came full prepared and answered any questions and queries and went out his way to follow up and help on a number of occasions. I felt overall the office couldn't do enough for us and went out their way on a number of occasions to help us. We really appreciate everything the team did to make our moving transition seamless and for the first time not stressful! Thanks again to Scott and his team for all their help. Mr and Mrs Rubin

Thank goodness for Ash

We sold our home through Martyn Gerrard and Ash took over from Rachel who went on maternity leave. His professionalism and work ethic were second to none. We had a lot of issues with the people buying our home and honestly if it wasn't for the way Ash handled everything the deal would not have gone through. 100%. I cannot recommend Ash and Martyn Gerrard enough and want to take this opportunity to say a massive THANK YOU. All the best, Joey Glynne

Sale of 2 Flats in East Finchley

Thank you Ronak for all your efforts and hard work over the past 9 months. My sales have clearly been drawn out but you have always been fully engaged, approachable, and continually keeping me up to date with the saliant factors driving the sales. You have been very proffesional throughout (and I am sure to all parties) and your determination to hone-in and eventually complete the sales have been very impressive and extremely helpful to me. Thank you so much and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Shuab

A good experience

I was impressed by Marlon's approach from the start. He certainly worked very hard with his colleagues to get a number of potential buyers through the door quickly. He maintained a professional approach and a courteous manner throughout the sales process and kept me informed every step of the way. He was diligent at all times and stayed focussed on getting the deal done. I am grateful to Marlon and the team for selling my house.

Excellent experience

Despite a much longer than anticipated sale of our property due to various external factors, Ash from MG kept our spirits up the whole time. His patience is amazing and we are very grateful. He remained calm and professional at all times no matter what was thrown his way. Thank you, you deserve a medal! I would also like to say thank you to the rest of the Barnet branch and in particular Susan, Rachel and Sophie whom all had to deal with this.

Flat sale

Although it was not the best time to be selling a flat in London and after a difficult start and some hard negotiating Sophie got the sale done, Sophie is tenacious and unlikely to ever let a sale slip thorough her "safe" hands. Thanks Sophie. Adrian..

Very helpful agent

We very much enjoyed working with Ash. Our sale was agreed very quickly with our buyers although it resulted in a relatively long chain being established before the transaction could complete. Throughout the protracted process to completion, Ash was very persistent with the rest of the chain and made sure he kept us informed of the progress.

A job well done

When it came to the all-important question of value I found Scott to be very much in tune with his local market. This resulted in the transaction panning out very much as intended. In addition to his local market skills Scott was straight talking and reliable. From my experience he is a credit to the company he represents and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any home owner.

Sophie

Sophie is a dynamic young woman who was always professional, polite and very helpful in driving matters forward. It was a pleasure to work with Sophie both on the sale of our house, and the buying of our new property. Sophie is an asset to Martyn Gerrard and will go far.

Great job of selling our home

We had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard. From a realistic valuation - to a good flow of interest with respect to times we said we couldn't offer viewings - through to a successful sale. Kastro was always easy to get hold of and did a great job of getting the sale through.

the professionals

the old adage is true- you pays your money you takes your choice.... Mark and Martin were worth their weight in gold ( thankfully their bill was more reasonable) We bought and sold with them- they dealt magnificently with our buyers conveyancer ( far better than our own lawyer) and found us teh most perfect new home. would highly recommend Kentish town and their other offices...

Impeccable service - couldn't have asked for more

I purchased my flat through Martyn Gerrard around 7 years ago and had no hesitation in using them when I recently sold my property. Martin has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I had some complications during the sale and he was incredibly supportive and proactive in helping me resolve them and guide me along the way. He provides a professional yet friendly and personal service and I would undoubtedly recommend Martin to anyone wishing to sell their property. He was proactive and always went out of his way to chase up various parties. I was impressed with the number of viewings he arranged and offers I received. Thank you very much Martin (and the rest of the Martyn Gerrard team) for all your hard work.
