I cannot speak highly enough of Martyn Gerrard in East Finchley. The whole team are extremely knowledgeable and I was given excellent service from when I first asked them to value my property through to completion of the sale. Even in a tough sales market they were able to find buyers for my property at a good price level. I must give special thanks to Dario who patiently steered the whole process. Nothing was too much for him and he managed to overcome all the problems that the sale threw up. Other members of the team were always available to give advice or help with the sale. Ash's pleasant manner and 'can-do' attitude combined with a flair for negotiation gives the customer everything they need from an estate agent. Despite media murmurings of stagnation and a possible downturn in the market, Ash sold our property very quickly and at the price we wanted. We were particularly pleased to receive regular updates on the progress of the sale. Martyn Gerrard seems to have the knack of recruiting personable and capable staff. Ash is an excellent example of this.

We have a property in Finchley, which is currently rented, and we asked for a valuation with a view to selling at the end of the tenancy in July 2018. Craig immediately went and viewed the property and gave us an initial valuation which he then backed up with details of similar properties that he had recently sold in the area. This helped me to feel confident about his valuation.
