From the first meeting I was given useful documentation for how the process would work and examples of similar sales completed by Martyn Gerrard. There was great communication throughout, from letting me know when viewings were happening to help with chasing solicitors and the housing association in the final stages. They kept me updated with new information and were calm throughout and good at soothing my anxieties when needed!

We are sorry to hear how significantly the noise affected your experience at the property. From the information available to us at the time, we did not understand the disturbance to be at the level you have described. The previous tenants had remained at the property for several years and renewed their tenancy, so there was nothing to suggest to us that the issue was of this extent.
Had we understood the position differently, we would have made this clear to all prospective tenants in writing, as we have done with the new tenants after your tenancy ended.
As managing agents, we will always do what we can to help with concerns of this nature, although we cannot control the day to day behaviour of neighbouring occupiers.
We are sorry that the property was not the right fit for you and wish you all the best for the future.
