I have just completed the sale of my 2 bed flat in kentish town with Martyn Gerrard. I have to say without the focus, determination and inventiveness of Annie, Maria & Tom I would not be in this position. Prior to Martyn Gerrard, the flat was on the market with 2 different estate agents who, despite many viewings, did not present any credible offers. All three of the above were always on may case, were easy to contact and struck the right balance between keeping me in the loop and not overloading me. I would recommend Annie, Maria & Tom to anyone who would seek my opinion .

Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

Its taken me too long to write this review, which i've been feeling guilty abouy as we had a brilliant experience selling our flat with MG last year. The sales team (Anna, Maria and Tom) came recommended from a friend and were fantastic. They made sure they understood what would work for us, were great communicators and got an excellent offer agreed very quickly. They also ensured we met a slightly challenging deadline for the sale. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend them.

Cem has work tirelessly to find us a buyer. for our 1 bedroom flat. Since September he has found us 2 buyers. The first buyer unfortunately pulled out because our solicitors were slow to answer queries but immediately Cem was on it and found us a cash buyer in a difficult market. He was able to negotiate a good price and has been really supportive with all queries we have had. Cem has a great and unassuming manner and goes out of his way to help. His communication has been exemplary at all times. We have been really appreciative of his support and guidance in what can be a stressful process. He has frequently provided advice to us on our onward purchase and this has been a great help.

I am writing this review to express my concern at the way I have been treated during interview stage. I have now been invited on 3 separate occasions by a recruiter working on behalf of Martyn Gerrard for an initial interview with Shelly Baker ( HR Manager), however each time I was given hours notice that it would need to be rescheduled without any consideration of my time or efforts going into prepare for the conversation. On the 4th time I declined to go further with the process. Details: The first time I was booked in for interview was 12/04/2024 at 13:30. On that day the recruiter called to ask me if I could change the time of the interview to 14:30, due the fact that Shelly was delayed by another appointment, which I agreed on as these things can happen. At 14:00 the recruiter called me again on behalf of Shelly, to inform me that she could not make it. I was asked to move the interview to Monday 15th April at 13:00. I agreed to do so, as I was very interested in the role and the company, particularly as Martyn Gerrard seemed to take pride in investing in people and supporting them throughout their career. On Monday 15th April at 9:30, the recruiter called on behalf of Shelly to cancel the interview appointment and ask to reschedule. This would have been the 4th time. At this point I felt I was treated extremely unprofessionally and made me question if this is the way that Maryn Gerrard conducts business and treats external clients, how would they treat staff once they had signed the contract? I have informed the recruiter that I am not interested in pursing anymore the process, as I did not feel that I was treated professionally or with any respect. I'm writing this review to express my disappointment in the way the "HR Manager" has conducted the interview process and I hope that someone within the organisation will pick this review up and address it accordingly.

I contacted Martyn Gerrard after seeing an ad online and was amazed how courteous, professional and effecient Vince was in handling my query. He sloted me in to view the flat on a Friday afternoon, literally hours after I called and was very accommodating to my need to do the viewing at 5.30pm, post finishing work and allowing time to travel up to North London. I was very impressed with how Vince dealt with the viewing, the offer process and the documentation. I highly recommend Vince and his team at Martyn Gerrard!

I would really recommend Annie and the Martyrn Gerrard Kentish Town team for selling my flat locally in Tufnell Park recently! Annie and team did the many viewings to ensure my flat reached over the asking price and then was particularly supportive when some additional challenges with the lease on my flat arose following accepting my buyer's offer when they raised some requests to change wording. Annie was professional, efficient and tenacious and was able to step up to know and understand issues that would otherwise be dealt with by solicitors. Long words for short - they have very good contact and swift replies, and they have absolutely good knowledge for the area. It took me only a week to have the viewing done, offer negotiated&accepted and mortgage approved. Efficent! And I finally got the keys of my new home yesterday! PS: The first property I was trying to purchase was unfortunately rejected by lender after nearly 2 month into the process. If Annie and Mark didn't recommened this current property to me (even before the ad was posted), I would be nearly homeless by now.

Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. Mark, Annie and the team have been absolute legends throughout the whole process of selling our flat. Friendly, hard working, experienced and honest, they've pulled it (and me!) back from the brink on numerous occasions. Price and marketing advice was spot on, and the lengths they've gone to to keep the sale on track has been really impressive. PLEASE don't think of using another estate agent if your selling your property, it's not worth the risk!

The level of service from Martyn Gerrard, and Annie in particular, is exceptional. MG sold our flat in Kentish Town and helped us through some set backs along the way, always remaining calm, reassuring, ethical and professional. From the outset, the service from Martyn Gerrard came across as personal and realistic. Keatons overpriced the flat which put us off immediately, and Martyn Gerrard priced quite close to the final sale price - they clearly understand the market well and have built good relationships with buyers who are looking in the area. The marketing material was exceptional, with a stunning 3D video tour which I am sure helped during Covid. The communication was also very good, with Annie checking that viewing times were suitable, and obviously being considerate of my home working constraints, and the needs of the neighbours in the building. Finally, Annie really shone during setbacks - she has a calm, rational approach, and used her experience of similar situations to reassure us of the pathways forward. With support from Annie and Mark, we were reassured we could get past these problems, and we did! They were clearly transparent with us and potential buyers, and that was the key to our sale.
