Great service by Demitris

Demitris was nothing but professional, kind and on top of his game. Would highly recommend him. MG have found me 2 sets off incredible tenants, The last couple stayed for 2 years and couldn't have been nicer and more reliable. I'm looking to rent another property out soon and they are going to be at the top of my list.

Excellent, professional service

As a first time landlord I can only recommend Martyn Gerrard for their work marketing and managing my property. Their lettings manager Demitris was quick to respond to any questions I had and was proactive in ensuring that the property was let as quickly and as competently as possible.

Demitris Ogbogu is excellent

I asked Demitris to find a tenant for our property in Kentish town. It's a beautiful 2 bed flat, though slightly quirky as the second bedroom is more of a study - hence finding a tenant and making sure they understand precisely what it is takes more work and thought than normal. Demitris was excellent - he worked tirelessly and effectively throughout the whole process, giving us good local insights such as advising us about other flats coming on to the market, where and for what price so we could adjust ours accordingly. He was always polite, charming and helpful and knew the area well - and was also honest with us the whole time, so we really felt that we could trust him. We recommend him highly!

Lovely and extremely efficient

Christian and the team at Martyn Gerrard have been a delight for two lettings over the last couple of years. Always efficient and a joy to talk to, they are a refreshing agency to let our flat with. He is extremely responsive, found us a new tenant very swiftly, and was so on top of all that needed sorting in the quick changeover of tenants. Would highly recommend him and the rest of the team!

Outstanding patience and excellent service

Having worked with Martyn Gerrard's Kentish Town branch for the past year we have found them to be very communicative and professional. The tenants that they have found for our Hampstead flats have been exemplary. Demitris continues to provide a personable link between the administration, the tenants and ourselves which contributes to the smooth operation of our lettings.. Thank you Demitris, you helped us get through a very difficult year. Thanks too to Martyn Gerrard's.

Efficient, Professional and customer focused and friendly.

We have been landlords in Kentish Town for a number of Years and were very impressed with the professional and efficient way Demitris the lettings manager dealt with the letting of our flat. Within Two weeks of appointing Martyn Gerrard as our agents and marketing it on your web site we had Five viewings from potential tenants and Two firm offers. We can thoroughly recommend Martyn Gerrard to other landlords for their work marketing and letting out their properties together with the stringent checks they carry out vetting the tennants . Demitris Ogbogu achieved everything for me that I hoped to achieve for this letting.

Demitris Ogbogu found proposed tenants subject to references within 24 hours of the property being put on his books. The letting completed with rent guarantee in place a few days after. I cant think of much more I would expect from an agent and would definitely use Demitris again. It may be worth pointing out that I am an Estate Agent myself and rarely find an agent who can provide a similar service to me.
