Nice and professional

Christian was very helpful when we moved into our new flat. He kept us informed throughout the process, and he even helped us phrase terms of our offer which we would otherwise not have thought to put in. It is obvious that he works hard to keep prospective tenants and clients happy, and he made the whole process a lot less stressful. In addition to being very nice, he works fast and is very responsive. Would definitely recommend using Christian to find a new home.

Excellent experience with Martyn Gerrard and Christian!

We used Martyn Gerrard to find our most recent place and did this through their agent, Christian Ramos. Christian quickly understood what it was we were looking for finding us not one but two perfect properties through Martyn Gerrard. He then helped us through the process of making the offer and completing the move in. He was very helpful and accessible during this time for any queries we may have had. In addition to this, Martyn Gerrard's offer and check in process was very smooth and efficiently handled. All in all, we would happily look for a future property with both Martyn Gerrard and Christian!

Many thanks to Christian Ramos for finding us the most fantastic flat.

We are very thankful to Martyn Gerrard Estate Agency, and to our agent Christian Ramos in particular. He understood what property exactly we are looking to rent from the very beginning, informed us for every new property coming on the market that might be of interest for us and sent additional information requested by us promptly. Christian is very kind and polite, understanding and always helpful. He is a real professional and we will definitely use his services in future. Plamena and Deyan Kolev

Christian went above and beyond our expectations of an agent!

After having some issues with our landlord in our private rental property, my parter and i decided to look for a new place through an agent that offered a clean environment, privacy and professionalism. After organising a viewing through Martyn Gerrard, we were greeted at the property by Christian who gave a first impression of someone who is friendly, informative and professional. We then were away for the next week on a business trip, during which time he was in contact with us via email and managed to help us to secure our new place in the short time we had before we had to leave our current accomodation. When we got back we called into his office unexpectedly and although he was at another viewing at the time, his colleage Dimitris was more than happy to assist us. After collecting the keys, we discovered there was an issue with the copy that had been cut for us, however this was resolved within a matter of hours when Christian personally delivered a new working set to our front door. All in all, we are extremely happy with the service that has been provided to us and would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to anyone looking for a new rental property, due to the exceptional standard of service we received which made moving house so much easier and stress-free.

Profesional, knowledgable advice and great service

Having worked with Demitris at Martyn Gerrard for locating my new rental property on Kentish Town, I would have to say that the overall service and experience was extremely positive. The online process for contracts and refernces ensured the process moved quickly whilst I was travelling with work and Demitris was on hand to assist promptly and personally assisted when an issue came up to ensure the move happened on the agreed day. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend Demitris to any prospective tenant or landlord.

Rented our flat in a week!!!

Christian was exceptional in the process of renting our new flat in Tufnell Park. We were on a tight timeline and he helped us in anyway he could, and at the end we managed to rent our place within 1 week since viewing the flat for the first time. Very professional and always got back to me instantly, both on phone and emails. I highly recommend Christian if you want a flawless and quick process! No negatives at all!!!

Professional and helpful

Christian is professional. He was upfront with details of the flat. He organised the viewing and negotiations so that the process developed quickly and we felt our requests were properly considered. He provided details about utilities and other facilities, Some details weren't' precisely correct ie tv ariel but this could well be misinformation from the previous tenant.. Overall he is one of the most professional agents I've dealt with and has integrity. I wish him well in his career.

Excellent service

Christian was (and still is) very welcoming and helpful all the way through the process of renting our flat. For example I went for the viewing alone in the afternoon, but felt that my wife needed to view the property too. Arranging another viewing at the same property the next morning was no problem at all. All in all a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Christian and Martyn Gerrard. Estate Agents

He had a few properties in mind but as he understood exactly what I wanted from our phone conversations I chose the first flat he showed me. Documentation and contract related procedures were dealt with very swiftly, My follow up queries were responded very promptly and I am very greatful of the service provided.

Even in the short dealings I had with Christian, I am confident in highly recommending his services. Friendly, quick and easy to get a hold of, he found a number of suitable properties that catered to my needs. While ending up going with a private landlord, I would happily use his services again.
