I have used Anthony Spittle at Martyn Gerrard as our letting agent for 6 years. The most recent letting proved more challenging than usual due to factors beyond Martyn Gerrard's control so I needed really good advice about my options to avoid a void period. In deciding how best to deal with the situation, Anthony was extremely professional, practical and sensible in his advice and demonstrated a solid grasp of the lettings market. After a very bad experience with Martyn Gerrard for a rent in Crouch hill a month before, we had to go back to them since the house we had spotted was only with them. I must admit that Richardo was very good and everything went smoothly for this one. We are now settled in a very nice Edwardian house in the area we were looking for in the price range we were expecting. Finally, going back to deal with them was the best decision!... which makes me feel the initial issue was possibly not their fault afterward...

Richardo is a very professional, approachable and friendly estate agent. From day zero when communication where just via email or text Richardo was polite, not "pushy" and available. Everything was then confirmed when met in person when we were viewing our new flat. We're glad Richardo was our agent as he helped us in a very genuine and friendly way to move forward with paperworks, extra viewings of the flat and concluding and signing our contract. He was also very polite and professional with our landlord. Definitely a great estate agent that we would highly recommend.

Martin Collins at MG was the agent for a property I recently bought. I found the flat on Rightmove, but liaised a fair amount with Martin to arrange viewings, ask questions and generally for help getting through the (somewhat frustrating) purchase process. Martin was quick to respond and (largely due to his good relationship with the seller) made things happen and got answers where the solicitors and freeholders and banks failed. As such I hope to use them if needed the future. Thanks MG

By far the best agency I've had to deal with in the process of buying property. Excellent tailored service - very focused on the client needs. Other agencies can sometimes waste your time making you visit places that are noting in line with your specifications, likely because they get measured on the number of client visits they make. Martyn Gerrard, on the contrary, is focused on your needs, pay careful attention to what type of property you are looking for and provide real value-for-money. Can't recommend them enough (especially Martin Collins who was wonderful to us)

Impeccable service - couldn't have asked for more

Martin recently sold my flat in Kentish Town. He's a fantastic agent and kept me well informed throughout the process and was always very quick to get back to any queries I had. Nice and professional

Christian was very helpful when we moved into our new flat. Christian went above and beyond our expectations of an agent!

After having some issues with our landlord in our private rental property, my parter and i decided to look for a new place through an agent that offered a clean environment, privacy and professionalism. After organising a viewing through Martyn Gerrard, we were greeted at the property by Christian who gave a first impression of someone who is friendly, informative and professional. We then were away for the next week on a business trip, during which time he was in contact with us via email and managed to help us to secure our new place in the short time we had before we had to leave our current accomodation. When we got back we called into his office unexpectedly and although he was at another viewing at the time, his colleage Dimitris was more than happy to assist us. After collecting the keys, we discovered there was an issue with the copy that had been cut for us, however this was resolved within a matter of hours when Christian personally delivered a new working set to our front door. All in all, we are extremely happy with the service that has been provided to us and would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to anyone looking for a new rental property, due to the exceptional standard of service we received which made moving house so much easier and stress-free.

Martyn Gerrard saved the day! After failing to sell my property with another agent, I called in Martin Gerrard whom I had previously bought my house from. I was assigned Jason Ramsey who was nothing short of excellent. Jason was always on hand to give feedback in a measured and meaningful way. There were a number of technicalities to deal with on my sale as well as lots hand-holding for my first time buyers - this gave Jason the perfect opportunity to shine. Demitris Ogbogu is excellent

I asked Demitris to find a tenant for our property in Kentish town. It's a beautiful 2 bed flat, though slightly quirky as the second bedroom is more of a study - hence finding a tenant and making sure they understand precisely what it is takes more work and thought than normal. Demitris was excellent - he worked tirelessly and effectively throughout the whole process, giving us good local insights such as advising us about other flats coming on to the market, where and for what price so we could adjust ours accordingly. He was always polite, charming and helpful and knew the area well - and was also honest with us the whole time, so we really felt that we could trust him. We recommend him highly!
