GoogleHelpful and friendly staff. Easily contactable with quick responses even during weekends. We purchased the property via the Sales team at Kentish Town and then put the property on rent via the rental team . Things were not looking great due to pandemic situation but the team worked really hard and got the property on rent within 6 weeks of purchase. The rent is a bit less than what we were expecting, but that is understandable considering the current difficult circumstances related to the pandemic. From the start to the end, the MG team took a lot of the stress out of the process through their diligent and proactive approach. Mark gave us a very straightforward approach to pricing our flat. From there we were with Martin who was outstanding in his approach to both viewings, sale and liaison with solicitors. GoogleHurrah for Martyn Gerrard Kentish Town. It had been a tiring slog looking at houses with other agents. Then, like a burst of fresh air, came Martin Collins and the whole MG Kentish Town team. Martin was totally 100% amazing to work with. Never pressure tactics; he always responded immediately; he was so great at getting us in to see houses. And then, when our dream property came up through him, he was a champion at getting us across the finish line and to Completion. GoogleWe have recently viewed a few properties with Ms Annie Clarke and the whole experience was superb. She was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. In the last viewing she stayed on the property until 19:30 which is much longer than her working hours and she made sure that we have the time to check everything we needed. GoogleBy far the best agency I've had to deal with in the process of buying property. Excellent tailored service - very focused on the client needs. Other agencies can sometimes waste your time making you visit places that are noting in line with your specifications, likely because they get measured on the number of client visits they make. Martyn Gerrard, on the contrary, is focused on your needs, pay careful attention to what type of property you are looking for and provide real value-for-money. Can't recommend them enough (especially Martin Collins who was wonderful to us)

GoogleMartin Collins at MG was the agent for a property I recently bought. I found the flat on Rightmove, but liaised a fair amount with Martin to arrange viewings, ask questions and generally for help getting through the (somewhat frustrating) purchase process. Martin was quick to respond and (largely due to his good relationship with the seller) made things happen and got answers where the solicitors and freeholders and banks failed. As such I hope to use them if needed the future. Thanks MG
